I had my first mac book pro for 7 years and when it was time to replace it, I knew I wanted another one! I was happy I could save some money getting it at best buy. So far, I am still a happy MAC user!

I preferred my 2010, w/ DVD, but the new sound and retina screen are an improvement.

I have never had a MacBook but have iPhone and iPad. It is very easy to use and I love it!

My laptop is over six years old and, although protected by anti virus software, it is long passed its usefulness. I have other Apple products that have all performed very well and this is no exception.

I bought this because my regular computer was giving me too much aggravation. I am still learning about this one with the help of my daughter and grandsons, but am enjoying it the more I use it.

Purchased this for my daughter for college and she is very pleased! I would not recommend the extra warranty plan as it does not cover everything

My husband had a pc and when his was down he used my Mac . I was hoping he would decide to get a Mac when he had to replace his. He liked using mine and when we replaced his PC he went with a Mac which is great because we have iPhones too and now we're all on the "same page." . He made the switch very easily even tho he is not a "techie."

Good Mac computer and BestBuy gives a discount for Microsoft office with purchase. Was hoping that there'd be a discount to purchase the disc drive but these days you don't really need it honestly

At first I was skeptical because of the price on this laptop and it seemed more on the heavy side from what I'm used to but it's a really good computer. Also really nice looking and feels well made.

Wasn't sure whether to buy a Mac or PC. Decided on the MacBook Pro to sync with my tablet and phone. Excellent computer!! And the expertise at the Apple Store in west farms mall is fantastic.

I would recommend this computer to anyone. I would especially recommend Apple as a brand any day. Best Buy has the best experts to make sure you understand what you are buying and what is the best.

Amazing computer and syncs everything apple flawlessly. Able to use my phone over the computer to make calls and texts makes like easy when you are working and don't feel like checking your phone.

I bought this laptop to use in conjunction with my MPC touch. I was skeptical at first because of the price. But to my surprise, this laptop is perfect for sound editing. This was a great buy.

This is a very sturdy laptop for 7 -8th graders and beyond. I got it for my son and it is an excellent laptop as compared to the MacBook Air which is a little fragile for not so careful students.

I am still getting used to using an Apple product but love it so far. I am currently using my junky Windows 8 PC complete with glitches as a lap desk under the Mac. It is the only thing it is good for.

Agent Kyle (in-home visit) needed to program product to match up w/ MacPro. I wouldn't have been able to figure this out. He said it was unusual but easily fixed. He demonstrated how to use it.

I own a RCA tablet and a HP laptop. They both came with preloaded spam. I couldn't use them until I managed to delete all the spam . When I got my MacBook there was no spam at all . I love it.

Easy set-up and wifi access Super sharp printouts; much better than ink-jet. We're light printers and have only printed about 80 sheets in six months--no issues, and still are using toner that came with the printer. I see new toner is very expensive, and others mention toner refills are needed after x number of copies, regardless of actual toner levels. We've printed duplex and index cards easily.
