It's a beast of a computer in a small package. Has an amazing retina display and with 2.7GHz, it runs everything.

I spent weeks looking online at reviews from Consumer Reports to past/current Apple laptop users and always walked away with the same feeling - for the money and what I like my machine to do the MacBook Pro w/Retina Display was the best bet. The quality of the picture available to users is unbelievable, the touch pad awesome and the action on the keyboard makes typing way more enjoyable. I wish I could use it exclusively but my office insists we use their machines.

This is my second MacBook. The first one I purchased was previously owned. I wanted to see if I liked it well enough to purchase a new one given the cost. I didn't like it...I loved it! I love my new MacBook even more! It's very easy to use, has a fast start-up and long battery life. I use it for basic needs: email, texting, Internet and to create documents. While this does have a higher price tag than other laptops, I think it's worth it given its longevity.

After being a windows user my whole life we decided it was time to move on and go with Apple due to windows always running slow and dealing with viruses it seemed like was all to re occurring. Best choice we ever made. Now we have a fast laptop that syncs with all our phones and no viruses. It took a bit to get used to safari but now we love every thing about this laptop. Also no more fan noise when using for long periods of time like our old hp. Worth the money!

Great...but not enough storage for 4k video. This computer works awesome and is very fast it even rendered 4k videology wit no issues. I returned it because it just didn't have enough storage for my use.
