    The saleslady was very helpful in describing the differences among the Apple laptops available. It was easy to pick the best one - 2015 MacBook Pro. My only complaint is she inadvertently sold me a Windows version of MS Word, Excel etc. I took it back and they switched it out for me without any issue.
