Once you leave Mac, it's hard to go back

Prior to that I had used Macs for my entire career. I thought I would enjoy getting back on a Mac, but so many aspects of file management and the operating system now seem cumbersome to me compared to what I've experienced on Windows. Productivity and file management is where Windows PCs have the advantage from my experience. I have also found that my Mac freezes up a lot more than my PC. Back in the day, it was the other way around. Funny how times change. I like the Mac keyboard -- it's has the best feel and sound, but other aspects -- flaky mail program, cumbersome calculator, inefficient file management, etc., have left me less than enthusiastic about my purchase. I wish it wasn't that way, but it is.

Overall great CPU

My older son has had his since 2010 and it had given him no problems whatsoever. My younger son has had his for about 3 years. Again we love our MacBooks.
