I love my Apple computers but this one was not what I bargained for! Went to store an hour away. Purchased this model but none in stock. Waited a week to pick it up in store. One week later it died! Took it to an Apple service center another hour away. Took another week to diagnose issue and replace the logistic board and all related parts. Another trip to pick it up! So far, four trips and a month has not even passed. We are hoping things go better!

replaced my 15" Mac Pro with this 13" and I am satisfied except for the speakers. I am not satisfied with the quality of sound on the 13" Mac Pro.

Good condition for open box, salesman blatantly lied about how much use the laptop had seen before I bought it though, I wasn't happy being lied to.

This was going to be used for a monitor. So I was looking at quality so not to have to replace in the future but with decent technology upgrades.

I was looking at the MacBook Pro latest model and this model.i prefer this one because it's classic and has ports on them the newest model doesn't.

Don't like how when I click Caps Lock, it'll light up and not always be capitalized. Some sites force close. That may just depend on that actual site.

Apple products are super solid and once you get past the learning curve of their software it's a wonderful laptop! Apple support is soooo helpful!

Customer service was good. I was looking for a Apple computer, sales rep suggested me right laptop considering my needs/budget and ongoing promotion.

Preferred laptop because in the end it's cheaper than other laptops that require constant annual malware/spyware purchase. Keyboard is nice to touch.

I've owned several macbooks, mackbook pros, and macbook airs. Love theses products and are made of very high quality. Haven't been disappointed yet!

This was our family's first MAC. It took a little getting used to at first but now it's been a few weeks and there's no going back. We love it!

The computer had been used but the employee said it was new just that the box had been opened. We had to exchange it.. The new one is nice.

Bought this for my daughter as a graduation gift. She made it into her 3rd year of college still going strong. Love it

The product comes nicely sealed and within a waterproof bag. It is very nice since it was raining the day it arrives. Really appreciate it.

Since having my laptop I ran into a virus the first couple of days then exchanged it for a new one. But overall it's been a great Buy for me.

I bought this for my son's birthday. He's never had a notebook before, but absolutely loves this.

Very useful when you have other mac products like iPhone. Regardless, it's a great laptop for educational, business, and personal purposes.

This Mac is great. I started on a Mac and found they are still great! This one does freeze up sometimes though, so need to figure that out.

Love the Apple product. Quick startup, very stable. Will not go back to Windows again! Really could use a touchscreen display though!

it is not as fast as they advertise and it is expensive and it doesn't have any wire connection.
