We turned it on and started set up and after going through all the prompts, the screen just kept saying "setting up your Mac" for hours and then eventually turned to a black screen with a white "not allowed" sign. I called BB and they said bring it in but I'm very frustrated that it didn't work right away and now we have to waste time with the geeksquad. Hope it gets better!

My first MAC
