touchpad not responding and sound button not functioning with my one month old MacBook Pro from Bestbuy. please advice how can i return this?

Save yourself the trouble of buying this particular model and wait for the 2017 version.

I bought this Macbook a week ago. I can already tell that the money was worth spending! The macbook is so fast! I had a 2011 macbook before and compared to this 2015 model, the old one was slow as a snail! 2015 is seriously one of the fastest laptops I ever used! I am so happy with this purchase. No problems with it at all! Well one thing is I don't like Yosemite, but that is just me and it's a personal issue. No problems with the hardware at all though. The new trackpad is amazing! I love the new 2015 MacBook!

I bought it a month ago. It's really amazing! The resolution is really clear and the weight and size are right fit into my bag.

Purchased this laptop about two weeks ago. So far it has been easy to use, fast working, and the new track pad is nice. Not my first Apple laptop, previously I had a ibook. Would highly recommend for any person looking for a mid level laptop.

I was tired of having an HP computer that would last for years but always seemed to have problems starting early. This is the first Mac I have ever owned and so far it has not disappointed. It's definitely different to use compared to HP's but I hope it will be worth it in the end. I do have an iPad and am still learning all the fun perks of them syncing but am also looking forward to getting an iPhone in the future as well. Would definitely recommend this computer to anyone.

It doesn't work properly. External hard drive doesn't work on it. Apple care couldn't fix the problem. Don't buy it.

I bought the MBP to use at home. It provides a really great and smooth experience. The 13" Retina display offers an enjoyable viewing experience and the performance is great as well. Other than that, the price I got for it during the promotion was very affordable.

My old Dell Inspiron 1525 died in January of 2016 and I had been wanting a MacBook Pro with Retina Display for a while because I had gotten used to the crystal clear, crisp display while using my iPhone 5S. After 5 months of being without a laptop, I took the leap and applied for a Barclay Visa with Apple rewards. I was immediately approved and was able to start using my credit immediately to purchase the 13" via Apple's online store. I debated over the advantages/disadvantages of 13" versus 15". I really wanted something smaller that I could carry around easily. From my previous experience with a 15" laptop, it's more cumbersome to deal with. I choose the 512GB because I needed more storage and was of deleting files to make room. It's super quiet and fast. I also love that it starts up and shuts down quickly. It was super simple to do the initial setup. Coming from using Windows Vista was a change, but I'm enjoying learning to navigate iOS. I am very pleased and I would surely purchase another one when the time comes.

Another great laptop that has a long time of usage with the battery as well as the light weight it has.

I have had this for about a month and the mouse is not working. Very displeased with this purchase!

Seriously! i have no idea why i haven't made this switch sooner. Ive always owed a HP (windows) and it does get the job done, (somedays) but the mac has been the greatest computer I've ever even used! So perfect in every way shape or form! took a very short period to get used to, but i did and i am in love. I have Apple TV, Apple Watch, iPad Air 2, iPhone 6 Plus, and now can say that i have completed my APPLE COLLECTION! :)))

this is my first mac and not my last i initially bought the air but decided to get the pro instead . this computer is the best i can't believe how fast it is with the 8gb ram and PCIe ssd ! the retina screen is amazing i have never seen such a great screen on a laptop . The fit and finish is what you would expect from a apple device . in closing i am very happy with my purchase and can't believe it took me this long to get one .

I thought I would test out this product and I am pleasantly surprised at the ease of use. I LOVE the long battery life. I am normally NOT a MAC product person but the long life of the battery made this purchase a must have.

I've owned a Mac before and knew how capable they are of doing great things. The battery life is good, the display is crystal clear and the speed is awesome. I recommend this for anyone looking into buying a mac or a laptop in general as it is very reliable!
