The product was ready for the pick up in the stated time. The labor day sale discount was helpful for this product. The Apple team at Best Buy is patient in answering questions and are friendly in their interaction. I have enjoyed my Macbook Pro with retina display. Great resolution.

Awesome laptop

And he is a professional fisherman and needed it got google earth pro and other applications. Our old laptop wouldn't allow him to use google earth and the computer wouldn't give him a well enough picture to see anything. Over all for everything we use the computer for its awesome! And love that it doesn't and isn't able to get viruses!

Not perfect, but pretty good

It's not as easy to use as previous models. Clicking is not as sensitive, so many times I have to press multiple times on the trackpad to click something. Overall, a good laptop.
