I switched from windows to Mac with this laptop and I'm never going back. The speed is incredible. Start up is fast, and the transition from operating systems was easy. Syncs everything from my iPhone and iPad. My only regret is that I had done it earlier.

The MacBook Pro is extremely easy to learn for a PC user. Graphic features are fantastic. Facetime on a laptop is invaluable! I am becoming an enthusiastic user even though I do not thing I will abandon the Surface Pro 3 for my work related activities.

Chose this over standard macbook or air due to the fact that it has more ports. i.e. usb, etc. Has the Retina display and was only $200 more. Runs great.

i got it a few months ago and i'm loving it. altho it's a bit pricey, but man i think this is the best laptop i ever had. meets my need perfectly. 128gb seems to be a little smaller than i thought, but other than the drive capacity, i'm loving it so much.

Best MacBook I have ever owned, the SSD Drive really makes a difference, the storage fills up fast tho so make sure you have an external hard drive for anything that isint an application. Overall it's a good buy and you get what you pay for, quality.

This is my first experience with a Mac computer. I've always used Windows but frustrated with Windows 8. There is a learning curve with this Mac that I'm not familiar with and will have to do some research regarding downloads, desktop, file system but it's pretty easy so far. This Mac is super fast at startup and moving between applications. I use an iPad and iPhone so I'm expecting to become proficient fairly quick. I love the screen clarity and the size and laptop weight. If you see a good deal, don't hesitate. I did on open box item and can't tell the difference from new.

It may be more than what some people need but I wanted a computer that would do anything I needed and so far I've never experienced any lag in performance even when running many programs at once.

Bought this for my wife, she loves Apple products. It's an upgrade from her classic white Mac. Faster but almost same features as Apple uses same layouts and no customization. All in all if you love Apple get but there are other better options.

I had long considered buying a Mac, and I am so happy that I waited to buy this one! The new Force Trackpad is incredible. The Retina screen is better than any other laptop I've ever owned. This MacBook is outstanding and I would recommend it to anyone.

Great system. First Apple product. Always heard about Macs just wasn't sure about taking the plunge. Glad I did. SSD is awesome. Very fast and responsive system. Took a bit to learn the OS. Still learning. Next to replace is PC desktop with iMac.

I bought this laptop due to college because I hate the hassle of borrowing laptops with a limited time range. I truly like how it is light-weight and it doesn't make my book bag heavier. Great for college students. I would definitely recommend :)

In love with this computer. I am a college student and decided to get this for my school computer. I am glad I did! Thanks to Best Buy I was able to get the computer $200 cheaper than other places due to a sale they had. I definitely recommend this!

I love this computer. I'm glad I switched over from Windows, my life became very easier and more organized because Mac is simple and efficient, I was a little hesitant because of cost and other things but after I purchased it I didn't regret it.

Has a very good battery life and amazing display, Pressure touch mouse, would be nice if they have the touch screen as well.

I like the size and weight. Fits well in small backpack for school. Touch pad took a little getting use to but works great.

I have had an HP laptop for the pass three years and I have decided to go for a change. I bought my first MacBook Pro and I haven't looked back. This is honestly the best laptop I have ever owned. If you're looking for a great laptop this is the one.

I had to buy a new laptop and switching from windows to Apple was on my list. Through a lot of research I settled on MacBook. I couldn't be happier with the ease of transition from windows. The MacBook operates smooth and the display is incredible.

This is my first Mac Laptop and I could not be more pleased. It runs fast and has outstanding battery life and a very short recharge time. I do however wish that I came with some instructional literature, but other than that I have been very pleased.

Bought for photo editing. Decided on the Pro w/Retina vs Air because I needed better quality screen for my pictures. As far as the basic web usage, it is easy to use just like on the iPad.
