There isn't anything the new MacBook Pro can't do. Purchased for my wife (long time HP user) who uses it for both work and personal, and she absolutely loves it - she raves about how fast and efficient it is all the time.

Purchased this Mac for my daughter to use at college and beyond! She loves it! It's her first Mac and her brother has been a longtime user! We are an all Apple family!!

The computer is fast, reliable and the parallel system allow to work with macOS Sierra and Windows at the same time enjoying the best of the 2 "worlds". The keyboard is very "soft" at your touch, it is a pleasure to write. The Retina display delivers phenomenal clarity offering confort and pleasure to the eyes. I appreciate the 4 built in USB + 1 Media slot. The flash storage is working seamless, allowing the pc to start just in few seconds. The operation of the machine is very quite.

This computer is very fast to boot up and run applications. Some of the shortcuts are more difficult to learn but overall great product. Computer runs whisper quiet and battery life is the best of any computer I have owned.

You simply can't find laptops better for an all around user than a Macbook. I especially love the Pro version for its speed and processing power. I will never choose another brand of laptop after this purchase. It never bogs down and never gets slow. It's sleek, stylish and perfect for college students. Perfect for hobby movie makers or singing artists. It's the best, hands down. You are not overpaying. You are almost underpaying for the amount of endless tech you can enjoy inside the Macbook Pro,

I purchased this computer to complete my work for my graduate degree program. It was super easy to use and learn even coming from a windows person. Would definitely recommend this for anyone serious about their school work.

It is really the laptop that can replace your desktop. Image quality is amazing and performance is awesome. Even it is a little bit heavier that the macbook air it still have a lot feature that make it friendly on the move.

I had a Mid 2014 MacBook Pro Retina which was already fast. I replaced it with this model when Apple upgraded the processor and the type of SSD that was being used. Noticeably quicker in boot ups and application launches.

Definitely an improvement over my 2011 MacBook Pro. It is faster and retina display really is a brighter, sharper appearing screen. Also like Pages, Numbers and Keynote.

Traded in an old Toshiba, and what an upgrade. Experienced excellent customer service at the local store, all associates were informative and not just trying to sell a product. This MacBook has by far the best display yet!

This laptop is amazing! the only reason i took one star out of the review is because after purchasing this laptop the day after it came out. It continued to drop in price. I ended up spending about 1300 when the sale prices brought it down to about 1000 a month later. which i couldnt take advantage of due to being outside of the return policy. That hurt.

I originally had a macbook and upgraded to the macbook pro. Since my pro was reaching the end of its life I was debating switching to one of the other new mac models. However, I'm glad I opted for this one since the speed is better but still can do everything my other one could. Also, it isn't missing any ports and the quality of the retina display is amazing. The lack of disk drive was worrying, but I honestly haven't had any issues (especially since most videos are available online).

I was torn between buying a high-powered Windows machine and a Macbook Pro and I am extremely happy that I purchased the Macbook Pro. Battery life is incredible, it runs everything I need and it has a great form factor.

A simple and fast computer. I found myself using my iPad and iPhone over my Dell computer to get things done. Even surfing the web on the Dell was slow. Finally coughed up the money for a Mac and couldn't be happier!

Purchased to replace a MacBook Pro we purchased in 2009. I love apple computers. They are easy to use, no major set up required and you can transfer all you stuff from one to another without having to get IT involved.
