Don't waste your time with anything less than the MacBook Pro unless you can't afford it. This 2015 is my second model and my 2006 is still fine. You get what you pay for and I use it to its full potential.

Bought this because I was tired of my PC always needing updates and never working when I needed it. Love this Mac. I have had it for about a month and love it.

I use my MacBook Pro mostly for online classe and thoroughly enjoyed it. I have a iPhone and a iPad so the MacBook Pro was very easy to use, very intuitive.

The new MacBook Pro continues in the tradition of Apple designing and building a solid machine for everyday use. This is fourth or fifth Apple laptop, and it is delivering the power and performance I expected.

I ended up getting this pro instead of the air for the abilities thatbit would provide for my schoolwork and it seems to be almost as light as the air. I don't even notice the extra weight in my backpack.

I have never been a big Apple supporter. I'm a PC and Android type of guy. My wife switched to an IPhone last year and we thought this would be a natural fit to streamline her life. The laptop is awesome! It's lightweight and the display is just pristine! It took me some getting used to as Apple has certain gestures for their products. If you can splurge on a laptop, this needs to be considered. It's a great product and I personally think you'd be happy with your purchase.

no cd slot, but light weight. Can buy an attachment to copy but would of preferred it built in

This MacBook Pro has a great looking screen. The retina display brings pictures and graphics to life. I am still fond of Laptops with an optical drive. Apple products feel nice and solid.

Apple computer only way to go. This computer for the price is perfect for me. Wanted more memory, got 8 RAM, faster processed. HD is a little small but will be using an external HD which is better to use.

I'm new to Mac's, but so far have been impressed with the ease of use. Having other apple products like the iPhone helps transition over since you will have a similar experience on the Mac. Would recommend!

I bought a 13'' macbook pro for my office work...within two-three days i realized i had made a mistake....this is a great computer with fast processing speed, however, i can only see it a good fit for designers (who use adobe suite or similar software), artists (who want great screen visuals like retina display), or just mac lovers (who want the same interface as iphone and ipad for keeping everything synced)...

First time Mac user here. Made the switch and haven't regretted it. Battery life is not as good as my wife's Macbook Air, but is still pretty good. Very portable and great for all the things I need it for.

I prefer not to write more about the Macbook because it is already known that this is a very good computer. Let me write about my experience at best buy. I bought this Macbook for my wife who is doing her graduation. Bestbuy has a 18 month interest free program which I have used. No hassles. After I bought, the price is reduced by $50. When I went to best buy they gave me a credit of $50. 2 days later the price has reduced again. I went to best buy and they did a price match, gave a credit of $50 again. I would recommend to buy such expensive items from Bestbuy.

I purchased this computer for my daughter for college. She had been asking for a mac and this is our first mac computer. She loves this computer. very fast processor. i also purchased the extended warranty.

This is my first mac book. I was weary of spending so much for a laptop but this has met my expectations and more. LIghtweight and sharp and clear resolution. Speed is fantastic and battery life is excellent. I have an iphone and ipad and they all are exceptional.
