I am absolutely in love with my MacBook Pro! I would recommend this to any college student. Super fast computer, and extremely user friendly.

Got my laptop for school! I love it and it's the best purchase ever! Great for opening many tabs at one time, also very quick!

Though it took a lot of getting used to (I had a PC prior), I am loving this computer! I am taking online classes and just need access to the internet and the ability to write and save papers. I don't need a lot of the bells and whistles as my needs are very basic. One thing I absolutely love about this computer is the charging port. In my PC I had issues with it coming loose with use over time. The port for this computer is magnetic so if I accidentally hit it wrong the port just disconnects, unlike my PC where it eventually was ruined.

I bought this laptop for school. I had heard that the MacBook has very little problems and is reliable past 5 years. This laptop has been a great tool for my everyday use and school related work. It's extremely reliable when it comes to doing college work online and in class. In addition, its lightweight build makes it easy to take anywhere.

What an amazing product. As someone who never owned an apple laptop, I was hesitant. However, it's just so easy to learn. Amazing quality.

The laptop runs perfectly. Everything was very good. Although it may run slow from time to time but that's probably because of my internet.

I've been an Apple Macintosh user since the late 1980s, and each new Mac I purchase serves as an excellent reminder of why I've stuck with Apple all these years. This newest laptop, the MacBook Pro Retina, has performed very well in every way. I am a graphic designer, and make full use of Abobe's Creative Cloud software for such things as graphic design, photography and video post-production, and even audio recording and editing. I have seen no issues with any of these tasks, and I'm particularly loving the Retina display, which simply blows away all the displays I've used in the past. Some criticize the MacBook Pro for its lack of expandability, but I think this is an irrelevant concern. The stock configuration I purchased is more than capable for demanding work; those who want expanded memory and storage options can obtain them online in the ordering process. I would certainly recommend any of Apple's MacBook Pros (and, really, all their offerings) to those wanting exceptional quality and functionality. I demand a product that is easy to use but powerful, that works when I press the Power button without fear of obscure technical problems or faulty hardware (i.e. Windows 10-based systems).

Great laptop for a college student. Makes it easy to bring with you to class and work on notes. Works fast, easy to use. Best investment ever.

This computer is the best purchase I have ever made. Being a college student its really easy to carry around. You won't regret buying it.

So far, so good. The OS takes some getting used to however, I am very impressed with this machine.

I switched my father who's in his late 50's from PC to MAC and he has been 100% happy with the transition. He stated after this computer go out on him, he's going to buy another mac. I think he was afraid at first because its change and it is different. But the change in this case is good. Me and my wife knew exactly what that change felt like because we transitioned over in the last few years because of the dreaded Windows 8 and not wanting to mess with that. He accepted the gift on christmas and has since then not looked back!

This is for my grandson. He will use it at college. It works well with his iPhone and ipad. It is compact and light making it easy to carry.

I really like this laptop , I've been and Ipad and Iphone user for a few years so it was a matter of time , I don't miss windows at all :).
