I have always purchased desktop computers and larger laptops but wanted a small computer for traveling and meetings out of the office. I didn't want the new Apple computer design either with the limited ports. I am very happy with this purchase and love its portability. It is my first Apple computer so I am still getting use to it but I love it so far.

I have been using Macs since the Mac Plus, so another Apple computer was an easy choice. The SSD makes starting up the computer and launching applications blazing fast. I opted for the larger capacity SSD (256GB vs. 128GB) over a memory upgrade, and that was the right choice. I don't believe 128GB is enough for anyone with a significant music or photo collection.

Was a gift for our daughter, needless to say, she was stunned and I swear the MacBook rarely leaves her sight let alone her hands. She loves it!

First personal mac purchase other than iPad. I was a little uncomfortable at first but no big deal at all. Adobe apps. installed as expected. Issues with Microsoft products installing. There was a little confusion with the keychain passwords but once straightened out, no issues since. Works well between current home system, printer etc. Happy with purchase.
