Great PC and support from Apple

The staff has also been of assistance in purchasing other items for my new PC and the help line (Apple Care) is easy to work with. Bottom line is, I love my new Mac!

This is not the newest Macbook available, but still the best option for those who want a powerful computer with ports for today's external hard drives, SDHC cards, Apple Cinema Displays, etc. and you don't want to carry all sorts of adapters and dongles.

Easy to use !

I have always used an IPAD but I easily started using my Mac with great help features. Can't say enough about it as it is absolutely great ! Once it was set up I started using each feature and found it very easy to learn as I was always use to bad systems when I worked.

Overall better than HP

The webcam feature is significantly better (much more clear of an image) than my HP, designer much sleeker and more portable, no overheating. Features are much different from the HP so it takes some getting used to. Same for the keyboard, they keys are much lower to the actual laptop.
