    Apple makes good products with great customer support. I own Windows, Linux PCs as well so I am not specific to one brand or OS. I was able to get this at a good price due to the new models being released soon. I just am disappointed with Apple in changing their product cycle. They used to release new PCs around the beginning of the school year. That made it easy to decide to buy latest and greatest or just take the discount on last years model. This year, the new product cycle has been delayed so we were forced to buy before the new product was released.

    The Macbook Pro laptop is extremely easy to use. Thought since we'd owned and used pc's forever the Mac may be difficult to get use to but that is not the case. Wish we had swapped over a long time ago.

    Either you love apple products or you don't. This MacBook Pro is replacing my MacBook I purchased in mid 2009. It is a far superior than the old one. If you want a hassle free computer this is the one.
