Never had an Apple product until this MacBook Pro. Best decision I have made. No problems like I had with my Microsoft I had. Always had problems with the Surface.

Very nice, portable laptop for our son to carry around at college. I wish Apple would come down in price. Rather expensive for college students.

This is a great machine that meets my computing needs from fabulous presentations using keynote to word processing to downloading music and organizing my pictures.

It is very nice, yet I'd make sure I check the prices because they fluctuate constantly. A week after I bought mine, the price was about $40 less.

My husband and I bought this computer for our daughter. She has online courses and she really likes it. It's very fast. She enjoys watching movies, etc on it as well.

This iMac has replaced my 2010 3.2GHz i3 27" iMac, thats been running daily since purchased. The computer served it's purpose and exceeded it's potential for myself.

Pricey, but that is a Macbook Pro for you. Could not wait for the updated Pro, but this one does what I need at a good price as I got the college student discount.

This is my first Mac after having a very old Dell. I was concerned I would have difficulty learning to navigate the different system, but it isn't as difficult as I anticipated. The structure of the laptop is solid, sturdy, sleek, and feels well built. Plus it looks cool! I purchased the Office package with it, so I'm excited to use it for more than internet surfing. I was able to download all my photos from my iPhone which was a huge plus as my phone had minimal storage. I also purchased an iPad so they all communicate and make my digital life very easy to take with me and store what I want.

When I buy an apple product at such a premium I expect perfection. The only other apple product I have is an itouch and it has worked flawlessly for years. I hesitated for years over whether to invest in a macbook or go with windows but I finally made the plunge. Unfortunately, I have been second guessing that plunge ever since. It is so hard getting used to. But anyway here I am. It is fast and it is pretty and I did get it when I got my grubby mitts on a 10% movers coupon. Long story short, my issue with this machine is every time I plug in my headphones after a while the volume increases all the way up to the highest level ALL ON ITS OWN. The volume icon comes on the screen and everything as if the button has been pushed but it hasn't. It is almost as if there is a ghost in the machine. It does it again and again. Even when the volume is already all the way up. The volume icon flashes continuously blocking my viewing pleasure and blasting my eardrums. WTH?!?! I've tried going into system preferences, rebooting everything but I guess now I have to waste half a day and go to the Mac Store. I guess if nothing else I can be thankful there is that. Still at these prices I would expect something as simple as volume control adjustment to be in working order. 2 stars!! WHAT THE HELL APPLE!!

It offers me the ease of operating a computer. Although I have a personal computer at work, the Mac has an ease of operating that I don't find in a personal,computer

Easy to set up and start to use. Very expensive compared to a PC.

I purchased my last Mac in 2010 and wanted to upgrade. It was very easy to get started on my new Mac and I'm loving it. It's much lighter than my old Macbook pro.

I love my Macbook pro w/ retina! Once you go apple you cant ever go back to anything else. It is so fast and the picture display is amazing. It is really light weight and easy to carry around campus. it is not too small or too large, perfect size. its so vibrant. I just love it, whenever I have to use someone else laptop thats not a Mac im so annoyed. It is really pricy, but if you save up for it, I promise it is worth the investment. I have had mine since 2013, and even with all the new models that have came out, mine is still holding up and running like it just came out, hasn't slowed down or anything.

Great computer, perfect size, and decently long battery power.
