Wonderful Computer

I absolutely fell in love, it did take me some time to get used to how MacBooks work, but I just googled the questions I had. It always works great and I rarely have problems with it. I trust this laptop completely! My roommate has a different branded computer and she has problems with it all the time, she always asks me if she can use mine!

Steep learning curve for older PC user.

Apple support for basic instruction is difficult to access. Stores are jammed & staff is usually to busy to help. Phones are seldom answered. I am not impressed yet.

Excellent laptop
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After my Lenovo Yoga died just past warranty and then my HP Spectre 360 died after 2.5 months, I made the switch. Didn't wait for the new MacBook that will surely be coming out soon, had to buy new work software to support the different operating system, didn't care... I made the switch and I haven't looked back.
