I was determined to purchase either one Mac or PC however I was undecided which one should I go with. I reach to staff assistance and they were a great help. Mac of course was the one, every penny was worth. Love the gadget.

I was a little bit concern with the price of the Mac Pro, but barnone, this is the best laptop investment I have ever made. The sale person was so helpful with all my questions.

I purchased this laptop for myself because I love Apple products. My first laptop was a Dell 17 inch. It was too big and heavy. My Mac has been very convenient and I will always stick to Apple from now on.

I really love this macbook, I've own around 5 of them and never regretted. Interesting fact is that the speed of this hard drive is ridiculous. Read around 700 and writes around 1400. I would go for the one that has more disc space.

I purchased this laptop for my youngest daughter who just headed off to college. She loves it. I bought the same one for my older daughter two years ago for college and she has used it extensively with no issues. Great product.

Happy with the choice I made, the guy that helped me was also supper helpful and I didn't feel pressured to buy the product. He helped answer all of my questions and even gave me some tips of how to use the laptop for college.

My oldest daughter has had a MacBook for 6 years and has only had problems with the chargers, which is minor. We purchased this one for our younger daughter and are very happy with it. It will probably get her through college.

The Macbook Pro is a great laptop. We are happy with our purchase. We also, were very happy with the service we got from the customer service agent we worked with, at the store. She did a great job and was very informative!

The MacBook is awesome. I love all the applications that the MacBook has and I wish it had more, like Microsoft word and excel. Without those two it just doesn't make the Mac what it could be. But a really good quality product

The Mac Air was purchased as a gift for my daughter. She transfered to another college and was needing to have a computer for her college education. the staff was very helpful in getting and purchasing the right product

Best Buy staff described all the pros and cons between 2015 and 2016 Mac Book Pro models. Helped me make a decision. I did not want to use adapters for the ports I need with the new 2016 model. Very happy with purchase.

This is very good laptop and the reason I chose this one oner the latest version was that this has a microSD slot as well as USB 3.0 connections vs the new model only has USB type C plus this was 200$ cheaper as well.

My mac is everything I though it would be and so much more. I am definitely a converter from pc to mac and happy that I caught a good deal when purchasing from Best buy. Only downside is learning all the keyboard shortcuts.

good and fast. the new operating system still leaves me with the recognition that I have a lot to learn !

The only draw back has been we wasted several man hours trying to get the webroot to work I finally had to take it in and the geeksquad couldn't get it to work either I almost had to create a ruckus when I was told that because I didn't pay for a warranty they couldn't help me. When I reminded them that this was a brand new machine less than 24 hours old someone showed some common sense and just replaced the webroot with kapursky and it worked

This is for my daughter and she just loves it. She can do just about anything that she needs to do at school.

the quality is good, and the service is good, the only thing I don't like is that, when you buy something online and pick up at store, you can't get the official receipt. Because sometimes you might need the receipt badly.

I was able to get a very good price on my Mac Book Pro when I decided to shop for an iPhone at Best Buy. The staff were really helpful in putting this package together. I also picked up on the Airport router with my savings.
