I bought a returned Mac and actually has worked great. I was a little skeptical on returned merchandise but for the price I got it. Saved myself money since her laptop broke down the night before. Great investment. I bought one for my son 4 years ago and has not had trouble yet.

While this product was difficult to transition to (I've always used Windows), I wouldn't have chosen any other computer.

I upgraded from an air and love the extra power. It is working perfectly. Macs are so much easier to manage than PCs!

Going from PC to MacBook Pro I am having to learn new things. Not a computer geek, so process is slow. But I like.

It is just as fast as my prior PC that has 12 Gb of memory, I have not mastered the Mac OS yet but so far it is great.

No complaints. I absolutely love it. Took me some time to get use to since I went from an HP to a Mac, but much better!
