Apple products can be pricey, but purchased on sale and got a lot of computer for the money

Purchased this computer for my daughter as she goes off to college. She is very happy with the computer. Although I think Apple products are overpriced, I do think their products are of good quality and the customer service is excellent.

Bought this for my husband's Christmas gift , he love it! But still try to figure out how to logon public Wi-Fi ( hospital Wi-Fi ) not sure why it wouldn't let him login, he have no problem with his iPhone ,iPad and his old laptop!

Had ordered and just picked up a $1500 Mac Book Pro laptop computer and went over to the Geek Squad desk to ask questions about set up. Had already been waiting for well over an hour (while the Geek Squad rep took care of the ONE person in line ahead of me) and then the rep told that me if I wanted to buy a Geek Squad service contract, he would be happy to assist me. At this point, the $1500 computer was less than two hours old and hadn't even been out of the Best Buy store. Just gave back this computer to Best Buy; still intend to buy the same laptop but will get it from the local Apple Store where I have found their reps very knowledgeable and most helpful.

The best Christmas present to myself. Very reliable and awesome macbook Pro by Apple.
