I'm happy i decided to try out mac after only using pc my entire life. has no issue holding up multiple tabs up at once while streaming gameplay and music at the same time i love the screen quality and the overall performance of my macbook pro

We ordered this and the camera was not there or not working. We even put it in safe mode and it detected that no camera was there. We took it to get it replaced, same thing, no camera was there. We replaced one more time before we got a refund.

I have bought this 18 months back. It is suddenly stopped in mid of work, I checked Apple they said problem might be with Mother board , and need to spend 475$ to get it repaired. I hardly used it, not worth of buying it.

Love this new computer! There was a great sale that I could not pass up. Sold my Macbook pro 15.4" for a compact and sleek 13". Great for traveling, easy to get through TSA.

Had done extensive research for a couple of months and was debating between this and the HP Spectre. I have a iMac for work and personally had been using PC laptops for years, so I didn't think there would be an adjustment period for me. I was kind of over the Windows interface also. Windows 10 didn't really sit too well with me, and macOS was always easy to navigate. Decided to go with the MacBook pro because it just works. I use it primarily for browsing the web, word documents, mail, and some photo/video editing. It works flawlessly each time. I have an iPhone and iPad as well, so syncing between both devices were useful in some areas. Screen quality is crisp and the keyboard works very well. After I decided to go with Apple, I considered getting the Air, but Bestbuy had a flash sale and knocked the Pro down by I believe a little over $300. Battery life is very good for when I'm on the go. MacBook Pro is a solid buy. I know the price can kind of turn people away, but you're better off in terms of longevity. Plus you can call AppleCare for technical assistance anytime you want, regardless if the computer is years out of warranty, for free.

Macbook pro 2015 is awesome! Its blazing fast and smooth. battery life is excellent too.. However it heats up and drains quickly if I use Google chrome browser. I guess its a known issue with MacBooks. Hope it gets fixed.

All I can say is wow! This machine is fast and quiet. After 20 years of being a PC family windows 8 killed the joy. This is our first Mac and it just works. Running Microsoft office is a piece of cake. The quality and new force touch pad are amazing. If you shopping for a PC, go to the Mac table at Best Buy and try it, you will never look at a PC again!

My friend just bought one and he absolutely loves it. But I've had my MacBook Pro for about 7 years now with no real big problems so I'm very happy with Apple as a whole and their products last forever. I'll be buying my 2nd MacBook Pro next week and I'm more then excited to use it for editing on Lightroom! p.s. - Best Buy always seems to have the best price with these.

This is my first Mac..my first Apple was an iPhone after my Blackberry was on life support. Loved the way it worked, cleanly. So after going back and forth on this or another laptop (which kind?), I took the leap! With the deals, you can't beat the price. I went into Best Buy knowing what I wanted and luckily my favorite salesman was working. So, I haven't done a lot on this, but plan to. It's a fun learning curve, but again, it's all common sense design. I'll probably put a version of windows on to get some other work done, but that's it. The interaction with the phone is great! I went down in screen size (on purpose) and like it. The keyboard has been fine. Backlit is huge. I'm thrilled so far...take the plunge!

My 3rd apple laptop purchase - couldn't be happier with it. Retina screen is beautiful, ssd drive performs flawlessly and updated trackpad is so much better than previous generations. Go buy one now!

This is replacing my late-2007 Macbook and what an upgrade it is! I had to go with the 256GB model, since my photo, music and video library has grown so much over the past decade. I've since moved everything to external drives, but I like having the peace of mind knowing that space is available. All of my regular apps, iTunes, Word, Plex, Safari, etc. all perform excellent and look very nice on the Retina display. Speed and functionality are top-notch and running multiple apps and windows simultaneously does not hinder performance. I miss the optical CD-DVD drive, but haven't actually needed one just yet anyways. I will probably look at purchasing an external blu-ray reader in order to rip blu-rays, dvds and cds in the future. A definite highlight is the HDMI connection that allows me to connect to my 55" Samsung to use as a display. I'm sure I'll continue to find new features especially when I incorporate the new Apple TV along with my new Macbook. Just some info on pricing: This model was on sale for $1,134.99. I used $400 in Visa gift cards from signing up previously with DIRECT TV and $25 in Reward Zone gift certificates. Also, since I used my Best Buy credit card and am an Elite member I received over 5,700 in reward points which equates roughly to $23 in rewards.

I bought the 13inch without the touchbar since this is my first MacBook Pro and I did not want to pay the even higher premium. I especially love the display, the speakers, performance, quality, and the light weight. Battery life complaints. I think that it is average and I don't see that being a deal breaker with all of the other beautiful things about this MacBook Pro. I'm very happy with this purchase and investment!!

It was not worth the money. Because it will not work with my MacBook Pro and the package states and also the sales attendant said it would work with my MacBook Pro and it did not. Very upset.

I had just spent about $400 on a laptop from another company, and my biggest mistake was speed. It ran everything decently but because of junk on webpages it came to a crawl after opening 3 tabs in my browser. I decided to spend at least a thousand on a laptop, read the reviews online, and I bought this Macbook. It has far exceeded my expectations. I believe the i5 chip in this laptop must be better than what many other laptops use as this is extremely fast. I use my laptop mostly for work but it's been pretty good at gaming too. I accept the fact that it doesn't have a high end graphics card but for the light gaming I do, it works very well.

I bought this as an lighter upgrade to my MacBook Pro 2009 for beginning graduate school. It is much lighter and slimmer. I carry this laptop with me almost as much as I do my iPad due to the new sleeker design. The Retina display is very crisp and clear and worth the upgrade if you are looking. An added plus is the ability to AirPlay to your Apple TV at home and view your laptop screen on a big screen! It was a long debate with the basic MacBook and MacBook Air but I decided against them due to significant differences in performance capability (50% slower processing speeds). I could not be any more pleased with this product.

I have been using PC based Laptops for years. Finally bought this Macbook Pro (my wife convinced me) and I love it. Love everything about it (Design, speed, graphics, feel)

Got this laptop at a great price. Just the right size for the right price. Super fast and light computer. Bootup is quick and great battery life.

Macbook pro has the excellent performance and also the best for its retina display. This is worthier than you pay for it from every-angle.

This is my first foray into Apple world. I must say that it is so simple that it only took me about 2 days to get used to the OS and the simplicity is why I like it so much. The computer itself is fast, quiet, and just overall perfect for my needs. I regret not getting a Macbook a long time ago. The battery lasts much longer than I ever had on a Windows machine or even my Chromebook. I'm quickly learning that the quality of Apple products is unmatched. My only gripe is that there are only two USB-C ports. I have one tied up with a multi-port adapter (USB-C, VGA, USB), and the other port is tied up with a USB-C to USB adapter. You have to convert everything to Bluetooth. I have a USB Brother scanner that I use all the time. I may have to invest in the wireless version. I also purchased the Magic Mouse 2 because my old wireless mouse had a USB dongle. I wish there was a docking station that allowed me to use one connector for all of my needs but my search for such a product reveals that it doesn't exist, yet. Overall though, this machine will satisfy all of my personal needs as well as my college needs. The price is pretty steep but this is computing at its finest!
