Honestly, nothing even compares to MacBook Pro's. I don't even need to buy Apple Care and waste another $200-$300 on protecting it because I know it will not fail on me. If you keep it clean and don't move it around a lot, it will always work perfectly. I've never had a single problem with catching any viruses because Apple is the top dog at keeping your information on your computer secure. I will NEVER go back to PC. Apple all the way!

I debated getting a Mac because of the expense. I have thought about it for more than a year. This time though when I had only had my HP laptop for less than 2 years and it went kaput I decided to replace it with a Mac. My fears of not having the same use of excel was unfounded. This is fast, reliable and everything I was looking for. Let's just see if it lasts long enough.

This computer is great! I previously had an older version of the Macbook pro. I loved that too! But this retina screen really puts it above my old one. It is way more clear :)

Love Mac & Best Buy does deliver on that end, BUT, I ordered online and was promised a "free" item, which was Titanium Internet Security (3-device, 6 months trial). There was a spending issue limit with my debit card (noob mistake) so I went into the store to make the purchase. The in-store rep successfully cancelled the online order and I made the purchase in-store. 3 days later I get a full charge on my debit card for the amount of the Internet Security program online. Boooo Best Buy! I had to call customer service to get help with this. After being transferred to several hard-to-understand reps, I was finally transferred to Apple Care. ??? I do not understand what Apple Care has to do with this type of error on Best Buy's behalf. End of it all, nothing was done by Best Buy. No refund, no nothing. So I have this charge on my account that I will have to dispute. I do understand that errors happen, but the manner in which this one happened and the steps to correct (or not to correct) could and should have been handled better. So beware, IF you have a similar situation, this may happen to you as well.

I was always a Windows user but after I bought this computer I really felt in love with it I love the display and also the track pad is amazing

I purchased this model Macbook Pro, supposedly carefully checked out by the Geek Squad. They may have checked out something, but not the one they sent me. In fact, the box contained a different model from the one I purchased, even though the Geek Squad documents said it was the one I ordered. Wrong model, different serial number. When I called customer service, they didn't even apologize. I would not recommend ever buying open box items from Bestbuy, and I'll avoid buying online from now on as well. I took it back to my local store, and got treated very well there. Purchased a new Macbook Pro. No more "open box" for me!

Display is beautiful, can't complain at all. But it's a Mac so what else do you expect?

bestbuy helped a ton when i was getting my macbook and the laptop works great and is easy to use. it is great quality but pricy.

Great computer with good speed and ample storage. Pictures are sharp. Am very happy with the performance so far.
