I bought this to replace a 5 year old netbook PC. Needless to say, this machine is light years ahead of the old one. We are now an all MAC household and couldn't be happier. Spend the extra money and you wont be disappointed. The haptic feedback touchpad works flawlessly and you wont find a clearer display. This computer is lightning fast for everything we do. I scored big points with the wife on her birthday with this purchase.

Wish I had converted to Mac a few laptops ago. This one is light, bright and quick. No regrets.

I bought this unit for my sister-in-law for Christmas. I own one myself, so I can vouch for this as an excellent product. In fact, it's probably better than the newer models. My only (tiny) gripe is that the Magsafe power connector failed after two years due to the cord getting twisted back and forth at the end. I bough a cheap replacement power supply on Amazon. But as a heads up for other owners, look for a little stress-relief thingy that snaps on. The fraying may occur at both ends of the power cord. With that prefatory niggle remarked on, I can shower praise on the long battery life, excellent connectivity, glorious screen and all the other things that a high-end laptop should have. Howsoever, when I drop into Sweet-Coffee-Drink Central, I bring along my 9.7 inch Ipad. The MacBook is for serious stuff and/or websites that need a keyboard. For instance, this very website here where I'm entering this review!

Good value. A sturdy computer that can do a lot even though it is so light weight and small.

I have been a Mac user for over 25 years now and each upgrade seems to make there products better and better. I downgraded from a 2010 15in MacBook Pro which I had added my own flash drive to. To this smaller one mainly for the weight factor and I do not miss the 2 inch of screen. This is for photo editing in the field and coffee shop use. I have a 27in 5K iMac at home. I am really enjoying this smaller version.

Brought this mac for my wife as her old laptop is not in great shape.. Before buying macbook pro 13.3, we tried 2 laptops. Yoga pro 3 and Dell xps 13. we didn't like yoga pro because of its mousepad and we felt system was little slow. Dell xps is good laptop but the screen looked very small. Finally, My wife really liked this macbook pro. It has best mousepad, fast and durable. Like the magsafe magnetic charger.

I bought this laptop as a replacement for the one I bought for my son in 2011. Five years is a decent amount of time for the laptop to last, so I bought another one, and hopefully it'll last through his college years. I have no complaints with this laptop, and it is lighter and thinner than the previous Macbook Pro he had. The retina display is a nice feature also. It would be good to have a touch screen, but in reality not having this feature does not degrade the laptop in any way. I would recommend this laptop over a PC.

Thoroughly enjoying the MacBook Pro. Simple and easy to navigate. Speed is a welcome perk.

Of course, it's a MacBookPro, so that starts it off; the retina display is a plus, the size is better for travel than my former 17" model, and - after a SHORT visit to the Geek Squad, everything loaded like silk... It's a Mac... it "just works" -- I buy computers to produce, not to tinker with trendy technology. Macs, as a rule, "just work." Oh, yeah, and they look and feel great, but honestly, that is a bonus.

I love this laptop. Very user-friendly, fast, dependable, and a great buy for the price paid.

I bought a Toshiba last year which is heavy and slow. I was frustrated with it so my friend and son recommended the MacBook. I used theirs a couple of times to get a feel for it. It was great. The MacBook Pro is light, fast and easy to use. It has great features.

Solid state, fabulous display, great intuitive keyboard. A little heavy but not overly so.

This is an efficient, light weight and power laptop. Easy to use and highly reliable. No issues so far. Great screen display. I got it for my wife and she loves it. Very long battery life is a big plus.
