Lightweight, picture perfect, maximum functionality. What more can you ask for?

I have always been a PC guy and never thought much of Macs. But my daughter is headed off to college soon and it seems that everyone on campus is walking around with a Mac, so I thought I would give one a closer look. Here's my take: Pros - It is very well made from quality materials. The screen is gorgeous. It has the best track pad I've ever used. Because the OS seems to protect you from yourself, I expect to have to do less tech support. Great integration with the iPhone. Cons - The OS seems to protect you from yourself, so it is less customizable than a PC. Just comparing specs, the Macbook is much more expensive than a comparable PC. The Macbook is definitely more expensive, but I think it is worth it when you consider the build quality, the resistance to bloat-wear that plagues PCs, and the expected longer usable life.

I purchased two Apple laptops for my college aged sons last Christmas I decided to purchase one for my wife. The computer is easy to use especially if you are familiar with Apple products. The sales people at Best Buy were helpful and knowledgeable. The purchase was easy and they matched the price at the Apple Store. I tend to read a lot of reviews before I purchase big ticket items

I had an old Macbook pro that had lasted us for at least 7 years and needed replacement as it could not support the latest phone operating systems. We looked at the Macbook pros and were pointed to this model as a good option. Had the required functional capabilities ( 8GB RAM, 13" screen) and though a bit heavy, we decide to go with this model. Very happy with the choice we made

I've been thinking of getting a macbook for the longest time, and surely enough, I finally decided to get the pro. I love everything about it, and it's true what people say "once you go mac, you'll never go back". The retina display on this laptop is pretty amazing, I love how everything looks extra crisp. Overall, the pro is a reliable laptop that I know I'll be using until the end.

I bought this mac to replace my older 17" mac. It is light and fast. Love it.

This laptop is amazing! It's such a great investment. The best buy staff were extremely helpful. I was able to play with the display ones to get a better feel of it. They answered all my concerns. I take this laptop with me everywhere. It is definitely worth every penny! If your looking into a laptop you should go with a Mac Pro. You honestly get what you pay for in this product!

Apple MacBook pro with Retina needs no introduction. This is something i had my eye on from long time and finally i managed to grab one. I am happy(So far) about it. This came with "Kaspersky Internet Security" which i wouldn't recommend you to install as it caused my MacBook to hang again and again.

I love it. It works great and fast. The size also makes it easy to carry.

As always great MacBook. I won't buy any other computers except MacBooks.

I bought this Mac and had to return it because the USB ports were not working but even though I was 5 days late from best buys return policy and ending their geek squad stuff they were super awesome and told me I can exchange it. I haven't had one issue since I exchanged my Mac. I work with really large digital designed and this Mac works perfectly for what I need it for.
