got this as a gift for my baby brother for college. he loves it it turns on really fast and shuts off too. and it came in at a great price came as a bundle wish i had bought another for me. i got my dell at about the same time his was worth every penny.

I had previously purchased 2 of this same product months earlier then my daughter needed a new Macbook. I purchased the same one for her and we all love them! We purchased the full service plan, as well which includes a replacement battery....great deal.

I bought a 839LL MPB with a capacity of 128G last month and exchanged with a 840LL MPB. It is good with a retina display and the display is also user-friendly. I would recommend it to my friends.

I had always liked Macbook Pros growing up. Purchasing this one has not only met my expectations, but exceeded them. I love being able to use it whenever I need compute anything. If you like the Mac operating system, this is definitely a great choice :)

Bought this for collegue for my daughter. Size, design, quality (specially retina display) and features like connectivity to iphone 6s are excellent.

I have avoided purchasing a Macbook, because I have always been a PC person. However, after my PC started slowing after 5years+ use, I decided to try out a Mac and see what all the hype was about. And I absolutely love it! Best Purchase of the year.

After my FOURTH windows based $300-500 laptop quit (battery issues this time) approximately 2 weeks after its warranty period expired I had had enough. So I started researching the Macs. Having had an iPhone for 7-8 years and an iPad for 5 I felt pretty comfortable stepping in the world of Apple. What I can say without question is the difference is night and day between this Macbook Pro and ANY of the laptops I have owned. The comparison I shared with my fiancé goes like this... I have a small cheap compact car I use in my job as a travel nurse. I also have a loaded luxury Ford F150 truck as my personal truck. The fit, feel, build, comfort level, and dependability between the two is immediately evident when I get in my truck vs my car. I could get into all kind of technical specs, speeds, etc BUT As the title of this review states..."You get what you pay for"

This MacBook Pro was a replacement for a previous one that went kaput that was purchased in November 2014. Luckily I had purchased the BB warranty on it. This is a newer model that was actually released less than a year after my original purchase. It is noticeably faster than the previous model and has some improved features. Also, has the touch sensitive track pad but I have not gotten much utility out of that feature. Improved laptop for the same price as older model...good idea. My daughter loves it!!!

I have had a great experience with my Mac. I am not a computer fan and had to access Geek Sqad on the same day as purchase, but my questions were answered and I wasn't made to feel "crazy". I have no regrets about the money spent. It was well worth it.

This laptop was purchased for college to study computer science. Excellent size and function. Not as light weight as MacBook Air but provides a bit more features. Would consider buying again.

I purchased this laptop for my college career. I have enjoyed every aspect on this computer not just for my college career but for my personal use as well. I would recommend this computer to anyone! It is a great product for school and personal use.

This is a great notebook as one would expect from apple. My first SSD so I'm amazed at how quickly it boots and just how fast it is in general. Not much heavier than the 13" Macbook I was also considering but the port flexibility helped me decide.

This is the first Mac that I have owned/purchased. I absolutely love it. Took little time to get used to using the Mac vs Windows. Love the quickness of the Mac and all of its programs.

The MacBook Pro is everything you would expect from an apple product and more. I've been an apple product consumer since 2001 and I stand by there products 100%. The laptop is sleek, sturdy, and all around a clean machine that works great!!

This is a great mac for the price. Great system along with the smaller screen, not much difference than the larger screen. Only difficulty is for me using a keypad on the side for years makes no full keypad slightly difficult to get use to,

I use my computer everyday to run my Adobe programs for my graphic designs and I still can't get over the picture quality of the screen. I don't have any problems running my programs.
