Finally after buying 4 macbooks for my children, I get my own macbook. Love how easy it is to use. Only issue I have is Quicken is given me issues but I think that is more a Intuit issue than Apple.

good laptop, convenient size and alot of memory for photos. I have been happy with apple products as far as reliability, and relatively easy to use.

Best display and enough memory to run normal applications.hard drive is small but ssd is fast boot and loading.

This midlevel laptop the right amount of storage . It is ideal for people who need the power of processor, but can't do serious work on the new macbook. This processor packs a decent punch and force touch isn't really that game-changing. I think it's a great model, but with an upgraded retina screen would easily get an air instead.

I did lots of research before buying this and kept my eye on prices for months. Best Buy had the best deal and I went to look at it a few times. It's my first Apple computer and I need it for general use as well as photography editing on photoshop and Lightroom. It's fast, the screen is great, the perfect amount of storage and speed for what I need it for without paying too much. It's taking a while to get used to some of the Mac things but I'm learning.

A little bit costly but it's worth every penny. Just make sure that you know a little about macs before buying it. Reboots in less than 10 seconds. The most important thing is the long life battery.

The mac book is the best for my son for his freshmen year at college. It has helped him be able to go through research much faster than his laptop.

I'm not a novice when it comes to computers. Being an educator, I have used Macs for many years at school. However, my dad insisted I try PCs at home and he gave me a lot of support. But, Windows 8 was not user friendly (to me anyway) and when I had more than one breakdown on my new Windows computer I just switched to Mac. I had no problems with my last MacBook Pro but it was lost when i attended my daughter's wedding in June. I researched Macs again and bought this machine. I couldn't be happier. It streams live TV (when in LA area) and movies without a glitch. When surfing the internet, it only is slow when the site itself is having problems. It does everything I want it to do in a computer.

I bought this MacBook Pro for my daughter who. Is a senior in college. It is an excellent purchase for her for all all her project assignments and class works. I am really happy about the purchase.

I have been an Apple user for many years. I decided to get this computer to replace my older MacBook Pro, because even thought it is only a 13 inch, I still need the connectors that are on this machine. The newer computers only offer thunderbolt connections, and I didn't want to have to go out and by a third party adapter to connect my external devices. The screen is good and it is fast. Great computer for what I need, and for the price.

I love this laptop a lot. Its a great laptop and highly recommend it. It has helped me because I am college student and constantly use the laptop to take notes in class and do homework as well. It always benefits me because I do photography so it is a beneficiary resource I use to edit photos.

Definitely a great purchase, I'm a design student and it's program-friendly, along with aesthetically pleasing to have and look at. Easy to customize as well and connects to my iPhone easily!!

Apple lives up to their quality reputation time and time again. I adore my new MacBook. I was worried it would be too small but the resolution is so outstanding that the smaller size irrelevant. It's actually just lighter and more portable. It's also faster and very easy to navigate. I am thrilled. Very happy with my switch from windows based computer to Apple. Only recommendation is to install Chrome or Firefox for browser over safari

Really like how thin and light this computer is, but I think the cost is a little high.

I haven't owned an Apple computers since I bought the iconic Apple 2E Don't know how I lived without it. My employers' programs were not compatible so I did not pursue the brand. Now that Mac can be used across various platforms I would not consider using any other. I'm back where it all began, no plans to leave, not ever! A reawakening, what computers were meant to be. MacBook Pro is the way to GO!
