Really glad I bought this one. Spent a lot of time with a very helpful Best Buy guy discussing the advantages of the MacBook Pro vs the MacBook Air, and that helped a lot in making my decision.

Got it home plugged it in and it worked fine every since. I had a Mac Pro 15 in before and this 13 inch is just as good. Great salesman in the store and Apple representative gave great advice.

Great laptop for my two college students, one is in engineering and it meets all the necessary requirements.

Bought this as a gift for my sister and she totally loved it. The size is perfect. It's compact and very durable. Switching form PC to Mac was an easy transition. Memory is great for her use.

This laptop is perfect for busy bees! I have been using an old bulky laptop that was probably 7+ years old (also had to keep it plugged in so it wouldn't die on me). When I started my internship a month ago, I knew I wanted to treat myself to something light that I could carry around between the office, my apartment, and coffeeshop! It even fits (13'') in a tote I carry around when I don't feel like carrying around a backpack. Treat yo self.

Light weight, small, nice built. How the computer work? I think you have the answer, because Apple computers are so expensive; however, thousands computer are sold, and most people give 5 stars. Some give bad reviews it because retail store's customer service, some have money but do not know what they are doing, and few unlucky take home a defective product. Otherwise, the only negative I can say is "I am overpaid for the bitten Apple logo"

Purchased this Macbook Pro as a replacement for my wife's that was 9 years also. This is essentially the exact same Macbook she had, just current. I specifically wanted "last year's model" because of the features they have taken away on the new models. Everything about it is great. Runs MUCH faster and more efficiently than her old one. Wish it had been a little less expensive, but hopefully it will last another 8 years for her.

Macbook Pro Retina, small, thin, powerful. I really love these laptops, I wouldn't buy anything else.

Brought for my daughter for college. Fantastic computer as I have the same MacBook Pro but the 15 inch. She loves it and says it is perfect for her college work and for her entertainment.

This computer does not disappoint! We purchased a less expensive brand last year and it crashed twice. We decided to make the investment on the MacBook Pro, and it has exceeded expectations.

Still not sure why I waited so long to get my hands on a MAC (maybe the price?). But now I'm in and I'M AMAZED!!!. A little not happy how BBuy handled the transaction, but this is just PAST.

Macs might cost more than a PC but they are so user friendly and they work with you in an intuitive way unlike some PCs. The new retina screen is fantastic, sharp and clear. Can't go wrong.

The hardware is top notch, and the software is good in spite of it's idiosyncrosies when compared to Windows. Battery life and screen resolution are excellent. I'm happy with my purchase.

We asked a lot of questions and wanted to make sure my daughter could use this for her last 2yrs of HS and next 4yrs of college. All stores and salespeople said yes. She loves it so far.

Had many PC's over the years and everyone crashed. My bro has had a mac for about 6 years and has not had not a single problem. Still runs like new. Made the switch and couldnt be happier

I haven't had a non-work laptop for about three years for various reasons. That has been inconvenient although I can do a lot of what I need to do on my phone. I finally decided enough was enough and started looking to get a laptop again. I decided to go with Mac after playing around with my brother's a little and reading a lot of reviews and comments. I never considered Mac before due thinking that the price to value ratio couldn't possibly make sense. I was wrong. I think as a Windows user I just got used to the something's always going to be slightly wrong or move slowly or lock for a few seconds experience. I am running multiple "apps" on multiple desktops, swiping and gesturing on the touch pad and feel like this is how tech should be. It does what I want when I want and it is very easy to have multiple things going on at once. I am still overcoming a couple of differences, such as the close, minimize, maximize buttons on the left versus the right, but the overall experience is simply fantastic. I would note that I think I am kind of a light duty user - no gaming - who primarily is surfing, emailing, streaming music and videos, organizing and editing photos, paying bills and producing some documents.
