Have taken a number of classes which is helpful, however, BB could do a better job of showing where things from the desktop are located on the laptop. Additionally, sales people in the computer at Minnetonka need more training....I dealt with the three stooges the night I was in there which was discouraging when spending that kind of money

Great little laptop. Light & easy to carry around. It's good however I find that it is slow when its processing info - it's a delayed response. It's teaching me how to to be more patient......

This computer is a little ok the pricey side but it will last. My roommate bought a Windows computer and it was junk after a year or so of college. Mine is still going just like I bought it.

You just can't beat the quality of an Apple MacBook Pro. It's functional, has great batter life and is also powerful. Not to mention it integrates seamlessly with other Apple products. I will never buy a PC again.

Computers don't last forever, and after a little over 4 years, it was time to upgrade. My last MAC laptop had performed well over the years, and I wanted to continue with that format. After receiving an email incentive from Best Buy, I looked through the available options, and purchased that day. Great computer, great service, good price.

I have been contemplating buying a MAC for 4 or more years. I was always scared away because of the huge price compared to a regular windows PC. I really only use the MAC for paying bills, surfing the net and picture management. My wife takes tons of pictures on vacation and we needed a good way to manipulate them. Our pictures have never looked as good as they do on the retina display! That alone is worth the money. It's been pretty easy picking up how to use the MAC and there's plenty of videos online to help if I cannot find out what I need directly from Apple. Love this thing!
