My old MacBook gave up the ghost, so I needed to replace it. I feel fortunate that I went into the Best Buy Store that I did, because I was very ably assisted by an excellent tech sales representative, Ciera, in whom I felt confident and honestly / sincerely taken very good care of. A MacBook Pro is a serious and expensive purchase, and there are certainly a lot of different laptops on the market, all touting how terrific they are. Well, they are not all that terrific, and compared to a well configured MacBook Pro, they aren't even in the same league. Is this laptop perfect? No. There were even a few minor little idiosyncrasies about my old MacBook (2009 model) that I like better than this new one. I find that interesting / curious. However, overall, this is a good laptop computer that I can recommend. I can continue to tweak and massage it to fine tune it to my best liking. I am glad I bought this MacBook Pro, and I'm glad I bought it from Ciera at the local Best Buy. Works for me.

Love this MacBook Pro. Apple simply does it right, period.

Learning curve here, just going from using Microsoft to the Apple system is taking it's toll trying to figure out everything. Just need to stick to it. Nice unit runs smooth and fairly fast.

Stop shopping, you have found your computer! I'm on this computer 6-8 hours a day and it can handle everything I throw at it and the battery life is amazing.

The 2015 MacBook Pro is an amazing machine that I plan to use for a long time to come. The only downsides are the inability to replace the hard drive or upgrade the memory. Everything else on this laptop is fantastic.
