This was an updated version of the same Mac Pro we purchased almost 5 years ago. Less than 3 weeks after purchase, the sound stuck and the unit could not be used to charge other electronics. BB would not take the Mac back for an exchange as it was several days past the 15 day limit. Apple would not exchange it either, but they rebooted or updated the software on site and it has been fine ever since, a couple weeks ago.

I purchased this laptop as an upgrade for my girlfriend who was still using her 2008 Macbook! As both a PC and Mac user, I can confidently say that the build quality and trust I have in Macbook Pros is unmatched. They are still the most reliable laptops around.

I had purchased a HP w/Windows 8 a couple of months ago.....I hated trying to navigate it! Finally, gave up and spent the money for the Mac and couldn't be happier! I used my iPad and iPhone all the time to edit photos so this purchase made my life much easier!!!

I've been a happy Mac user for many years, and it was time to upgrade from my well-beloved Macbook Air. As usual, Best Buy came through with exactly what I wanted at a great price, with much less waiting and fussing than the Apple Store. Highly recommended!

The latest MacBook Pro with 16 GB of RAM a nd SSD drive has great performance that is only surpassed by the superior sharp images on the display screen.

Combines power and portability with a clean appearance and sharp IPS retina display, great all around performance.and the 13.3-inch is a perfect size.

Might just be me, and this being my first apple mac book, but I'm not extremely impressed. The sales person at best buy made it sound like it would be easy to use this with our other apple products - iphones, ipads, etc - but it's not as simple as they made it sound. We tried to go into best buy and ask for help with one of the photo features they told us about, and nobody would help us (we were told if we couldn't figure it out to bring it in for help). the sales person kept saying its super easy, just drag and drop, and I haven't seen that working yet for anything on this - seemed like they wanted the sale, but when it came to actually helping with the product they talked a big game with no follow through.

Just upgraded this from my 2011 MacBook Pro. There's a huge difference in display, speed, BATTERY LIFE, weight (much lighter), sound quality (stereo speakers), etc. I'm blown away by how great this is. Well worth the money and easier to travel with. :)

It was a very expensive investment and has a small screen. However, the computer is easy to operate and relatively maintenance free.

Apple does it again! Super fast and easy to use. Retina display is great. I really recommend MacBook Pro to anyone that is in the market for a computer.

I seriously am in love with my Mac. All my life I have had PC`s. I have found that a Mac is easier to use. One feature I love about it is that you can like your iPhone to your Mac. Therefore, you can text and call. Either to iPhones or regular cell phones.

Absolutely enthusiastic about my new macbook, it's so much better than my old version from 2011. I got the second choice (RAM & etc.) available, and you can really tell the difference with the overall speed of the laptop itself. It really performs well, and it only takes me about 3 mins max to download large files (photos & 4/5K videos) when it used to take 1 hour & half on my previous macbook, and about 2 hours & 45 mins for the same file to download on my dad's PC. Plus it's great at meeting my needs as a student & I would highly recommend this to anyone. xx

I bought the lap top for my junior college daughter after her old lap top crashed. she loves how fast it is and how light it is. I have one myself.

This is a great laptop. I bought this mac for my wife because she is taking online courses and she is able to do everything she need on one device.

Had to get a Mac or a graphics certified computer for my graphic design class and was intimidated by the price at first. However, it has proved to be well worth the price and one of the best computers I have every owned. I highly recommend this product.

Great purchase - sales person was very helpful with the details and ordering of the item since it was not available in the store we went to. He helped with the purchase when I had issues with the transaction beibg accepted by my credit card company.

This mac also the feature including retina , except it does not have disc drive for CD

Good laptop; pretty much state of the art for now. Not sure how I feel about not having a disc drive, but the ssd sure is fast.

This Macbook excedeed my expectaions as it was faster than I expected. It is very portable and convenient. I really recommend buyin this product.
