Excellent deal on this machine. Online order for store pickup would not work thus it forced me to drive to a store for this flash deal. That part was frustrating. Overall my wife is adapting compared to using Windows all her life. Windows 8 and then 10 were the deciding factors to switch to Mac. A little different but way smoother operating system. Wish it operated and felt more like an iPhone/iPad but we'll get used to it in time. Well worth the cost compared to Windows. Not going back.

I love the style, size, and weight of this MacBook Pro. I've had this about a month now and recently, had a problem with the trackpad getting stuck. It eventually fixed itself without me messing with it, but it's still annoying when you spend so much on a product and a couple weeks later it's not functioning as it should.

We are new to Mac, but this machine was easy to get started with and meets our needs. very happy to be in the Apple World now.

CPU is powerful, enough storage. 13.3 is light enough for students to carry around. Highly recommend this to high school or college students.

Overall it is a great laptop. I still like my air though for practicality purposes. Much lighter on the go.

After having my MacBook for over eight years and running into problems with the hard drive, I decided it was time to upgrade. I looked at MacBook Pros online and saw that Best Buy was having a sale, so I took a leap and made the purchase. I couldn't be happier with this laptop - it's fast, has plenty of memory, and the display is gorgeous. I'm a photographer, so I'm really loving the retina display. Definitely recommend this purchase!

Purchased for my daughter for her freshman year of college. It was easy to set up and works great with her iPad and iPhone.

It's portable, lightweight and easy to carry to school. I love the MAC /Apple products. I got it for my son who is in college. Fantastic.

After years and years of only owning Sony/Toshiba/Samsung laptops in college, I finally made the switch over. I already own an ipad, apple tv, and iphone. This was an easy switch. The decision was between the air and the pro. I currently have a monitor setup with only hdmi/vga, so it came down to the pro or an air with an adapter. I found the flash storage and better screen to also sway my decision to the pro. I also got $300 off on a sale which made the prices comparable. Pro is the way to go! The screen quality is a seller in itself.

Downloaded the user manual guide in iBooks and it walked me through different features on the MacBook Pro. I just wish the laptop already came with Microsoft Word. Other than that I am very satisfied with it and would definitely reccomend.

It has taken me some time to learn how to use my new Mac. But it has been time and energy well spent. I use it for my photography. The Best Buy people have been very helpful, not just in the sale, but afterwards as well!

The last MacBook Pro I bought was in 2011, so I was way overdue, but this one's so intuitive and smart - it made transitioning over effortless. The young man who sold it to me, Jose in Norwalk, CT, inspired tremendous confidence and trust, and voluntarily gave me $100 off because it was cheaper elsewhere. I've bought my last two MacBook Pros at Best Buy, in part because of the convenience and lack of Apple Store pretense, and in part because, with the rewards points, I was able (in time) to get a sleeve for free! Thank you, Best Buy!

I have missed having a laptop since I retired. This laptop is meeting all of my needs. Glad that I got the 13.3" display and 8 GB memory. Works well for presentations that I make where I volunteer. Light weight though not as light as the Air.

This has been a great laptop. UPgrading from a 2011 MacBook Pro. the speed is pretty amazing on this macbook and the display is beautiful.

I'm in the military so I travel and skype a lot. This is exactly what I needed to keep in touch with family and friends

This MacBook is perfect for our needs. The display is noticeably clearer than our MacBook Air, so the retinal display is real. No regrets!

I was searching for a laptop to use for school that I could also use once I'm done. So far I'm extremely happy with my choice. I'm not any where close to a techie but my friends all agree that I made great choice as well as my classmates.

Great size, fast to boot and fast response to here. THe one thing is the need for the thunderbolt $30.00 ethernet adapter. Wifi is ubiquitous but sometimes you want or need a wired connection.. The adapters are costly and another thing to carry around. In our business use we use ethernet almost exclusively so it's a requirement to have the adapters... I can't understand that decision..
