My daughter purchased this for her freshman year in college. She's had apple products but never an apple computer. She adapted to it right away and loves it. Knowing that it will last her til she's out of college was a plus when purchasing.

I had the older version of the MacBook Pro and I finally upgraded to this one. So much lighter and the Retina display is amazing. The only complaint I would have is that the edges of the computer are pretty sharp so after using my computer for a while, I get indents on my forearms. Other than that, a great buy!

Good machine, does what it is designed to - price is the only reason I did not give it 5 stars. It is a little pricey.

I purchased this for my son so that he can play games and do video editing. He loves it! Great Retna display. Great color and very fast!

After 5 years with a macbook, it was time for an upgrade to this model. Very happy, but we did have to have customer support help to reinstall the OS within the first few days because it would not maintain a memory of wireless networks.

I like this computer. Everything works very well. It's fast. Don't need too much about virus. It looks cool and convenient to carry over.

My first Mac since the Mac "cube" I bought almost a hundred years ago <smile>. My son had been on my case for a couple of years to get with the program. I did so and I'm not looking back. (I am sooooo DONE with the whole Windows fiasco.)

So far it's been great! There was one employee, who actually didn't actually ring me up, but was in there the 5 times I came in to prospect the search. He was outstanding. Was probably the reason I bought it there and not the Apple Store.

I have been working off of my iPad for the last 6 years and finally moved back to using a laptop. Definitely happy that I decided to stayin the Apple family as I have not had any issues so far. Just generally in love with this purchase!

Solid purchase, Mac computers are great machines. Lightweight enough to haul around everyday while still providing maximum performance.

You just can't go wrong with Apple. Compact, powerful and reliable. I avoid MacBooks for too long due to cost, but they are so worth it!

I've had different Ipads and Apple phones but never a PC. I love my new PC. It's light and fast and seems to offer everything I need.

I have just become a Mac user with this purchase! It wasn't an easy decision to go to the other side! I am still getting used to the change, and I signed up for classes to learn about all the options that the Mac computer has to offer.

got this for the daughter upon graduation from HS for her college career. several recommendations towards the apple products and recommendations regarding 13.3 verses 15.4, I would probably opt for the larger screen seeing as I am 50 now... she wanted the smaller and those I spoke to who had used the mac's in college said the 13.3 was fine for them. good purchase. bestbuy was best price when I was ready to buy also.

This Macbook Pro replaces an older one. Same good stuff as all Macs. Irritating that old Mac files cannot be opened in the new Pages format. Many of us have old Appleworks and even Claris works files that are now unreadable. For that reason I have to keep my old Mac around. The case on the new 13.3 is really thin. It cracked almost right away. I'd recommend buying a shell for it.

I love the way this computer gets things done. Very fast and nice graphics.

Before purchasing I did some research and am extremely happy with my purchase! I primarily bought this for school purposes but it's also great when I need to edit photos on the go.

I was trying to move away from pcs and this computer was a great alternative. not only an awesome user interface but hardcore hardware!

Apple never goes wrong with their products; I highly recommend MacBooks to any one who wants a great laptop! The screen is amazing, and the trackpad is awesome with force touch!

The laptop is light weight, durable and fast speed for my college life. It's perfect to carry and to use on any surface to do work!
