Great Laptop. A bit pricey at full retail, but I got mine open box and got a great deal. Works great: plenty of memory and processing power. Good battery life. I love how OS X is linux'ish.

I absolutely love this computer! I own an iMac but was looking for something I could take anywhere with me for school and this has done it for me. The retina display makes everything look so much cleaner and brighter, I'd recommend it to anyone.

I bought the Apple Macbook Pro for my wife as a gift. It has exceeded our expectations and she absolutely loves it! She has accomplished so many projects in a short time and says almost everyday she doesn't know how she ever lived without it!

Overall very impressed with what I bought. 15.6 inch MacBook Pro, magic mouse, and Madden 15 for xbox one. Everyone at the store was very helpful!(:

Very responsive under heavy use, fast boot, capable. Have not had issues with the first retina version from a few years ago, was happy to get this for family. 512 SSD size version should be cheaper, upgrading these is non-trivial. Oh well.

This computer has all the power necessary to run large media files and create impressive animation. There is no lag time when a command is given. The resolution of the screen is truly eye popping. I wish it had additional UBS ports though.

Apple's Macbook Pro is so easy to use and convenient. It is an amazing laptop with strong capabilities and power. I highly recommend this to anyone who is in need of a laptop.

A little pricey but well worth the money. If using Apple products Safari is a snap to use. Not hard to learn if coming from windows. Great graphics features and speed. My son will have this MacBook through college and beyond..

I bought this to run Adobe Suite for college. The Adobe software opens in seconds, all the programs are awesome too. The speed of this laptop is great. I don't have to wait around when I need to do something right this second.

This laptop is the perfect size for me. Not too small, and not too big. I needed a screen size like this so I could see what I was doing. Macs are so reliable. This one never hangs, very rarely shows up the dreaded pinwheel. The updates take little time to load. I really have absolutely no complaints about this. I got this at a great price too -- when I saw it being sold for a cheaper price elsewhere, I showed the proof to Best Buy and they matched the competitor's price. I love Best Buy!

This is my first apple product. I am normal a Dell User! It was simple to set up an use! I love it. It does not have a built in CD/DVD drive so if you need one you will have to purchase one for about 70$. Love the machine!

I purchased this for my 22 year old son and he just loves it. He says it is very quick, and the resolution on the screen is top notch. All in all it was a great purchase.

Pros: great laptop overall and performance wise (if you're planning to work on anything related to graphics however, I say spend the extra money and get the better version) Also with some real wood decals and keyboard stickers, it looks great with the aluminum body Cons: I like everything to be clean and stay that way, but for some reason the screen on this Mac attracts dust and finger prints which are very visible even when the screen is on. Kinda hard to clean.

I have always been a pc girl, but now I couldn't be happier. The display is so crisp, and easy to understand. The sales force were very polite, knowlegeabe, and helpful. My purchase was on sale which was an added plus :)

Originally plan to buy a gaming laptop, but have never try using a iOS system or Mac. It is probably the best present I have bought myself over these years. Take some time to get familiar with trackpad, but so far it works great with most file I am opening up. One big difference with this system is that you do download from App Store as well. Even though you won't be able to download whatever software you want, but a great thing is that I don't think I need virus protection so far, although it is never a bad idea to get one just in case. The first one I got from Best Buy came up with monitor black out and operating system problem, but Best Buy instantly take the return and get me another brand new Mac Pro. I will say both the product and the service are great.

The 15" MacBook Pro is standard for any Apple geek. With the i7 processor and the SSD, you can't ask for much better mobile performance. You will want some sort of case/skin to protect the beautiful aluminum body.

I bought this laptop a few months ago, And I just cant express enough how I love it.. I have walked on both sides of the fence in my computer history, I bought my first iMac in 2008 and its still setting here on my computer desk running today.. A lot more than I can say for the 5 or so PC's ive went through in the same time.. This Mac Book is one of the higher end mac books and that's is perfect for everything I needed... I would suggest getting this mac book over the more expensive mac book that has dedicated graphics, because the dedicated graphics causes a shorter battery life, And a friend of mine who has the dedicated graphics complaints of graphics glitches all the time.. Its just a better overall deal to get this particular one instead.

I upgraded my 13" macbook pro to this one last year...I wasn't sure if I wanted the 15" but considering the difference in cores from this one to the 13" its the way to go...and its weighs about the same as my old 13"

I was using a Toshiba to dj with that kept locking up on me and finally bit the bullet and got the Mac and will never go back. Havent had one issue yet and Garage Band and iMovie have been used for editing as well

The Mac Pro has been a little difficult to get used too, in comparison to the HP and Dell laptops that I have been using. Once you learn the system and get started it is fantastic, and so much easier and lighter.
