This is my first Apple laptop. Using the apple operating system takes a little time to understand, but I am learning the system in a reasonable amount of time. This laptop is well made, has great battery life.

My wife got this for use with her Online ETSY shop. She has never used a Mac before but was a very faster learner of it's nuances. She loves this computer!!

This is the absolute best computer I have ever had. It is like no other, running so smooth without all the viruses and spy ware invading your privacy. I will buy another one for my spouse this Christmas.

I've used PCs and MACs before, but I would recommend this laptop to anyone - especially for editing photos. The Retina display is amazing. I also LOVE music, and the speakers next to the keyboard are great!

This is my second Macbook Pro and I can see an enormous difference in both performance and visuals. The specs on this computer, while not as high as the next tier up, are still outstanding for my needs.

Great laptop!!...simple, easy to use. Very easy to shutdown, switch-on etc. This is my first mac and I am loving it.

Still learning but no crashes, constant updates, etc like previous PC was plagued with, pretty easy to pick new commands, very solid quality and fast.

I have along way to go to exploit all the capabilities of this machine, I suppose it is more than I need. Simply put it works, customer support is great and the purchase through Best Buy was simple.

This is the best purchase I have made. I love this laptop, it does everything I need at the highest caliber. Since i bought mine, my two roommates used it and went out and bought a mac as well.

I love this laptop! I have been a windows user for years. Owning 4 apple devices made me decide to switch over my computer to apple too. I was worried about not knowing how to use it because I am use to operating windows, however, using Apple devices made it very easy to use a Macbook Pro. I will never go back to windows because I love my Mac way better!! Super quick processor! I love how everything is synced with my other Apple devices instantly with my MacBook!

I finally broke down and bought an Apple laptop. I was most worried about the ease of use of the keyboard. It has been an easy transition for me.

Fast works great. I will say the battery life isn't as good as I expected, but I had high expectations. It'll last a day if you're doing office work. Edit videos and it'll be dead in a few hours.

So light, and convenient. I have to get use to navigating with my fingers as the pad is different from a PC laptop. I am using this for editing audio, film and other media files. Great job Apple!

I bought two MacBooks at the same time for my business. It was a huge purchase, but it has proven to be well worth the money. Photography is important in my work, and the macs are an absolute!

This laptop is great! It is easy to use, has great functionality, and a great design. It is also lightweight.

It's a great laptop I bought it to use iMovie and have found it very easy to use so far. Having never used it before I was worried it would be difficult but that's not been the case at all.

I've been a Mac user for over 15 years and the laptops keep getting better all the time. I love the new Yosemite. The only bummer is that it does not have a DVD drive. Otherwise it's perfect.

It's a great machine and runs well. Battery is good so far for what I do with it. I have an art hobby. It's not my full time computer, I use a PC for work. Size and weight are good for me.

I love my new MAC! I made the switch from a PC & found the transition quite easy. The battery life is much greater than my old computer, which is a blessing since I travel a lot with work.

I love the feel of this - lightweight but sturdy and everything works beautifully - I love how clear everything looks on the screen look
