Very lightweight and easy to use. Battery life is outstanding, and so is screen quality.

Bought this is a graduation present for our daughter majoring in engineering school next semester. It is everything you expect from a Mac including the price :-)

Photography is a passion and I knew a MacBook Pro would be vital to my craft and business. I Love It!!! The newer model is so much lighter than the earlier version.

This is my first Mac ever and I only wish that I have purchased it sooner. It is a joy to use it as everything is just blazingly fast on it. The Retina display is superb. There's just no going back to PC once you own a Mac. Love everything about this laptop. I am going to get the new iMac 5K for my new year present.

this is the best laptop on the market. go ahead and spend the extra money on it. you won't be disappointed. fast smooth great screen. can't say enough about it.

Bought it to edit videos from my go pro. Not used for that yet, however speed is great when using it for CAD. Display and startup speed are another big plus.

This computer is for my wife!! Her 2nd mac!! She will not use anything else!! She uses it for "house hold" items, school, and scrap booking!! She loves it!!

Daughter of the card holder here, I'm so thankful my parents bought me this laptop first off. The battery life could be improved, but this is my first laptop that uses more power. My only other "issue" is that sometimes the magnetic charging cable falls out when you move the laptop. But its understandable as to why they're so cautious with the ports. Other than that, this laptop is the greatest computer I've had access to use. Enough power to do all of my English papers, play music, watch Netflix, and YouTube all at the same time. For sure worth the money.

This is a fantastic, beautiful laptop, but I purchased it a few days before the updated 13" with force touch. I returned it and love the 13" as well.

So I bought this laptop because I will be studying engineering in college next fall. So far i am highly impressed with the speed and its capability!

Although Macs are pricey, it's a sound investment for anyone who Uses their computer a lot and surfs the web. The picture on the screen is awesome!

The sped of this system is quite amazing. It is a very user friendly set up and I use it for personal and business. I feel confident that I will not get or spread viruses, especially to customers by using a Mac. I am still learning the ins and outs of this unit, but am enjoying the process! I am sold on Apple products and now have several, including a PC, I-phone and I pad.

I did not realize when I purchased the MacBook Pro that there would be such a difference in the time it took to start up the computer. What a delight to open up the computer, log in, and immediately be able to use the computer. One downfall is the Office Suite for the mac does not include Publisher, which I really need. I know there are people who will say that most of the Publisher capabilities are not incorporated into Word, but not the items that I most particularly need. Other than that the operating system and available software are really elegant.

Partly because of the 16GB of RAM, I suppose, but mostly because of the operability built into it, this computer has weaned me from PCs for good.

Love the size, quality, lighted keyboard, settings, easy access to everything, surprised how adaptable I was from windows, love no antivirus needed

Worth the money. Used PC for many years but after getting used to the different "things" about MAC I'm quite satisfied. You get what you pay for.

This thing is a beast! I love it. Fast, stable, a dream come true. I'm using it mostly for audio production and my workflow is better than ever.

Apple always comes out with great products. Retina screen is beautiful.
