Computer was easy to use from start. Need a class to maximize what I am getting out of it

I've used a MacBook Pro for a number of years for design-centric work, and am very happy with the new model. It's quieter, lighter, and processes at incredible speeds. The lack of a disc drive was a little off-putting at first, but a separate DVD writer cost only $20 extra, and I'm okay sparing myself the added weight. Great, powerful laptop.

I bought this computer mostly to edit my go pro videos, and personal use. It is working great so far! The screen is awesome, and the computer works very fast. I've been using a PC my entire life, and this is the first time I'm switching to a Mac. It syncs up with my iPhone, and other devices I have in my house. Highly recommend to anyone!

Each Apple computer I buy is better than the one before, works faster, better, and totally worth the ever increasing price tag!

The laptop is easy to use right out of the box. It's functional, elegant and simple.

I've had a number of MacBook Pros, iPhones and iPads. Apple makes fabulous products. I'm not an Apple fanboy, as I also use Windows and Linux computers and Android phones, so I know the comparisons, but Apple just releases great products. This laptop was a great value, even for the price, as the quality of everything is just higher than the average consumer laptop. For developers, graphic artists, media engineers and others, there is no off-the-shelf laptop that beats a good MacBook Pro.

This is the only kind of laptop I will ever buy. It's Easy to use. Great gesture response, love the look of it on my desk.

Replaced my old (2010) macbook with the latest & greatest. What an easy transition...the same but better. Love this one!

I click the on button and within a second the computer starts up. No more waiting. The design is way easy to navigate too.

I use my MBP for music production and mixing. If you see superstar Dj's on film or camera they are usually using a MBP for their performances. Heard of Skrillex? He uses a MBP to create is music. I really enjoy the multi-gesture touchpad it really simplifies all the on screen touch screen uses, without making your screen dirty. With the smart touchpad I dont miss having a touch screen. The speed even with loading up a large amount of files on my MBP for Ableton the laptop performs flawless. The thin profile, makes it a great take along computer for most any travel destination. It would be nice to have the ability to upgrade the unit, but this one is a sealed/non serviceable unit. As with any other laptop its got all the normal bells and whistles... The only gripe if I need to have one to make the review fair.... The USB plugs are on opposite sides of the unit. I have an external BLURAY player that needs two USB sockets to run. I cannot use that drive with my MBP. And because there is no drive for discs, I need to buy an external USB hub. Thats not really an issue but its something to think about if you have a lot of USB items to plug in.

It's a MacBook Pro! What did you expect!? The retina display will blow you away.
