Service at my local store is great, but since they were out of stock I ordered online. Used the student (education) discount, which was great, and shipping was super fast. Best Buy points made it an even better deal. Very satisfied.

My wife bought an IPad for me and I was so impressed that I went to Best Buy to get a MacBook. It takes it about 3 seconds to boot up instead of the usual 10 minutes on my Vaio.

The MacBook Pro i7, 256g with retina display is absolutely amazing. Combined with the Apple airport for wifi and endless storage, makes for an exceptional technological tag team.

Great computer - quality, size, and functionality are all good as would be expected with any Apple product. As with most new Mac laptops, there is no disk drive. But there is always the option to purchase an external disk drive.

I was very unhappy that the delivery was screwed up. I had to track down where you delivered my computer. No one changed my address, I did twice but it was delivered to a house I sold in June and has been empty for over a year.

Thus laptop has been great so far I was a little skeptical at first, because of the price, but as long as it holds up it'll be worth it

I use this computer for work and personal life. I upgraded from a 13" MacBook to this computer. As great as my old computer was, this new15" is so much better. From features to functionality. I highly recommend this computer.

After going through through three pcs in the past 5 years I decided to step up and get a MacBook Pro and have not been disappointed.

purchased one 3 years ago and the battery swelled and ran out of warranty. gave in to my daughter and purchased another hoping Apple has it worked out(battery overheating) so far so good. She loves it for collage photography

I bought this computer for my teenage daughter to use in high school and hopefully in college as well. She absolutely loves how easy it is to use and there's never been any issues at all. She uses her computer for both school and for watching videos/music. Although I am anti-Apple, this is the best computer I have ever bought. Since buying her computer, I have had to buy a new PC for myself and I am kicking myself that I didn't buy another Apple product.

Switched over from PC and am very satisfied. There is a learning curve for the different system and you'll have to get some advice form youtube or elsewhere to figure out your new shortcuts. Overall i'm very satisfied.

Bought for use during college career. We'll see how it goes. Purchased for reputation, function and reliability. Still purchased protection plan for piece of mind...after all...it will be in the care of a college kid...

Been sold on Apple Computers for a long time. Appreciate the 18 month 0% financing on this model - approx 100 per month! I added a skin from Decal Girl and covered it with the clear Spark case. My prettiest computer yet!

Although more expensive than most computers, the actual cost of ownership during the entire lifespan of use is comparable due to this model's top of the line specs.

I like the screen for my videos and photos on the computer is light enough that I can carry it to and from school

Love this laptop. It's fast and excellent for editing my photos. So easy to use and easy to grab and take on the road with me.

I switched over from the dark side to Apple for med school. I needed a stable platform capable of lasting at least 2 grueling years of academics. The power and convenience of this machine has exceeded all of my expectations.The interface has been very intuitive, and the stability is astounding. Definitely won't be my last Macbook.
