It's slim and light, love it cause it a Mac.

I gave it four out five because it should have come with more storage space. The price I paid for it 256GB is a laughable. I was disappointed it did not have SuperDrive built in, had to spend extra money for that also. Overall I am enjoying the crystal Hd display and processing speed.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was looking for a back lit keyboard laptop and I knew I loved my mac at work so I looked at this one and the Microsoft surface because the commercials compare them but I realized that the surface was just like my iPad basically so I didn't really find the comparison to be comparable so I played with the MacBook pro and decided the mac books features and security functions were the best if the best so I splurged and bought it. I have never enjoyed a laptop as much as I have this one. It's definitely a learning curve but I'm confident in a few more months I will learn all the hot key tricks soon enough. The device is a brilliant tool of technological advancement in our society thus far. I absolutely love this laptop!

Got a decent deal after thanksgiving for the pro and it works beautifully as I would have expected. My old MacBook Pro is about 6 years old and was still working nicely, but this one definitely starts up faster with the solid state drive.
