This is my first apple laptop. It did take a little time to get used to the differences from a pc Windows computer, but now I like the apple OS way much better. Counting on this device to be capable and productive for a long time. So far so good.

Purchased over a month ago, still waiting for parts. No water or ice in door. Beautiful refrigerator otherwise - Sure it will be excellent if geek squad can ever fix it!

Provides all necessary functions, software programs for the average college student. User friendly and would recommend. Although i don't like the fact that it's made in China where they typically make 1-2% of what we make on average in the U.S.

I bought this apple after having a pc for a long time, I thought an apple would be faster. It's ok, but I was expecting more considering how expensive they are.

I have owned Windows computers since the mid 90's and finally decided to make the switch to Apple/Macs. I could not be happier! Great product! Great investment! The sales associate at Best Buy really knew her stuff and helped me out!

Great footprint, blindingly fast, beautiful display, easy to use keyboard with ample room on the chassis to rest your wrists, perfect for extensive day-to-day use and even easily "luggable" during travel! What more can one ask for?

First mac and love it. Should have bought earlier.

I bought this MacBook Pro as a gift for my adult son. He's a musicologist and really likes having so much space for all his music. It's replacing his decades old Mac, which won't sync to his new iPod. He's happy with his new toys!

I've been using this for about 3 years ad still works well! Lifespan of my previous laptops were always about 2 years until it became unusable. It is expensive, but I believe it is worth the money.

Very easy to setup, very very strong, huge upgrade from my old macbook from 2008, the screen quality is unbelievable

My new Macbook Pro does everything I need to do and more. I love editing videos and Final Cut Pro is a great software only available on the Mac. Best computer purchase ever!

Retina display very sharp. Pictures mush clearer than on previous MacBook.

I purchased this MacBook Pro for my daughter who is a media and Communication major student and she can't be happier.with this MacBook Pro,it has all the features she needs for her major.Cant go wrong with Mac.

We purchased the MacBook Pro for our high school junior. Would rather spend the extra money for quality than have to purchase another computer before she graduates college. Even our kitty is thrilled with it.

Good price For an open box geek certify macbook pro. Although customer service at store was not great. The manager at the store rectify services in behalf of best buy. I would recomend this to a friend

wis it had a dvd recoe=rder internally rather that having to carry around an external drive just to play dvds or cd. none of the mac book pro's with retina display do not include a dvd recorder player.

Very good laptop. Perfect for a college student. It is lightweight and has very clear display.

I have always been a previous Microsoft PC user. With the slow startups ang long shut downs. Oh, not to mention the daily software patches and virus protections. A never ending onslaught problems.
