MacBook is a Macbook. Ok computer. Not enough to space for the money. Not enough thunderbolt ins. I bought an imac instead.

Very happy with the new macbook pro. Have been an Apple fan for decades. Was amazed at all the technology advances I had not been aware of while using my old pro.

Love this product.. the only thing I was NOT too find of was the delicate screen!... it can easily break.

the computer seems great but we're struggling a little bit moving from PC to Apple. Geek Squad has been helpful though!

I've always been a windows user but since I've started using my girlfriends macbook pro I knew I wanted one, and now I finally bought it since it was $300 off. If you're comfortable using windows, then you should be able to figure out mac OS within a few hours, its extremely similar. I really enjoy the retina display, I can clearly see the difference between an old macbook pro (2009 model) and this one, the resolution is astounding. The only thing that is a bummer is that office 2011 isn't optimized for the higher resolution so it looks washed out compared to everything else on the screen, but that's not the macbook's fault its office 2011's. Overall the computer is great, it's extremely fast, quite, light, and doesn't get too hot. It's definitely a good buy. My one recommendation is that if you want to play video games, then you should buy the next model up with the nvidia card, otherwise this model is perfect.

This was purchased as a gift. The recipient absolutely loves it. Whenever I see them they don't stop raving about it.

I loved this computer, til the screen died after 3 years. costed $500 to fix so just up graded.

I picked up my 15" Macbook Pro yesterday. OMG what a screen! It is fantastic.....and the speed of this machine is phenomenal...very fast. I have 2 other MB Airs but I couldn't help but bring this "big boy" to work and I'm glad I did......it actually is not that heavy.....and of course is very easy to use. Although I have a Windows PC, an Android Tablet, and a Surface Pro 3 I always come back to my "Apples". They are such a delight to work with....and it's nice that they synch with my other Apple products(phone, IPad, etc.). Thank you Best Buy...you made my day when I picked this up yesterday!....Gordy
