Purchased this as an upgrade to an older macbook and simply amazed at the speed. Everything, including Internet, seems to run faster than on a PC based laptop. I love the Mac line and would never think of switching. If you want to spend money on a unit that will be with you for awhile, then this is the product.

This is my first Mac laptop and so far thoroughly enjoyed my experience with it. You can easily see the quality difference between windows and Mac. However, the price is really too high. Would have given this a 5 -star rating if the price range would have been around $1400 - $1600.

This is my Second macbook and Apple never lets me down. It is lightning fast and I couldn't ask for a better product. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a top of the line Laptop with the latest technology.

This is my second mac that I use for picture editing and it is a piece of art, The light weight makes it portable to carry around and the retina has a jaw dropping resolution and I don't need to scroll the image around while I am working on it. All flash makes it lightning fast in boot up's and wake up's.

This is our 3rd MacBook and we've had great experiences with all of them. This Mac is the best, however. The larger screen size is great as well as the speed. Since buying our first Mac two years ago (yes, it took a while), I won't buy anything else.

Excellent quality and Lightening fast! This will be my sole CPU for running ModernMaleMind and cant wait to make the switchover! If you're not sure if you should get it....just do it.

I love this laptop from Apple. So happy with my purchase from Best Buy. If you are used to IPhone and IPad, this is the perfect computer for you. The screen resolution is crispy clear. You can see your email and text message all at once. All info from iCloud can be loaded instantly and I don't need to manually add my contact info. You also have ability to use Face Time same as IPad or IPhone. It's very user friendly. I personally find the network connection faster than other PC's. In summary, if you want a laptop that has all the fun of an IPad and capability of a computer this is the perfect choice for you!

I had enough of purchasing and upgrading multiple PC's every 3 years due to software and hardware issues. This has been my second MacBook Pro purchase. I won't deny it, but it was a nightmare for me as I transitioned from Windows to the Mac OS platform. Being a Windows user it took me a while to get used to it, but in the end the transition was well worth it. I haven't had any issues with my 1st MacBook Pro and would highly recommend them to anyone! I have purchased this MacBook Pro for my recent high school graduate as he leaves to college later this month. There was an Apple representative at the store that told us about a college student discount being offered by Best Buy. We received $100 off the total purchase cost which came in handy. I feel confident that this MacBook Pro will last my son throughout his college years- trouble free!

I am a lifelong PC user and this is my first mac. I am not disappointed at all; I love the clarity of the display, and the computer is very fast. Perfect for my uses.

Wonderful machine...no lag...have never seen the beach ball of death...i bought this because i had a 13 inch macbook pro retina with 4 gb of ram and i was always seeing the beach ball of death...not so with this machine...i see at least 11 to 12gb of free ram at all times...smooth running machine...i love it.

Yet another brilliant Apple product, runs quick and easy. i am used to MacBooks and the processor and RAM in this model stands out from the rest. it is an amazing product and well worth the money spent. Its security is the best in the world, always going to stop viruses and comes with apples services!

When I bought this Macbook Pro I currently am typing from, the details online specifically states "Intel Iris Graphics in the 13-inch model and Intel Iris Pro Graphics or Iris Pro plus NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M graphics with 2GB video memory in the 15-inch model." However, this 15 inch model (MGXA2LL/A) does not have the extra NVDIA Geforce GT750M. I was deeply disgruntled with BestBuy for supplying me with inaccurate information. Even though it's a great laptop and all without it, i was really looking forward to the extra power for Gaming and such. Last time I ever buy from here, however, I am enjoying this macbook day by day.

This is my first Mac computer. I have previously only purchased Dell. My laptop was 11 years old and it was way past time to look for a replacement. I was curious about all of the hype with Apple and I went to Best Buy to acquire information. I received a lot of great info about each model and I feel that I made the best decision by purchasing this computer. I still have a lot to learn about it, but I really do love it!

I am a long-time Windows PC user and decided to purchase a Mac. I have found that I can do anything that I could do on a PC but with a much smoother experience. The quality and fit and finish are second to none. I am very satisfied with this machine

This computer is great. It is powerful enough for photo and video editing, isn't overly large, and has a decent size screen. The only thing I would wish for is a third USB port.

I have had this computer for well over a year and as all Apple products usually do, it has not let me down. From the most graphic intensive renderings, audio processing, and much more I can count on the computer to keep working without freezing. The construction is solid and holds up fairly well to light abuse. Battery life is much improved from previous models and the 85W charger makes charging much quicker. I'm happy with this laptop and not looking to upgrade for a few more years.
