Used to be an exclusive MacUser back in the days of Apple, Apple Ii and first Macs. Hated to switch to PCs because of my jobs and consulting work. Now glad to be back to real performance hardware. Still getting used to some of the nuances between pcs and macs but learning quickly.

I've owned several Apple laptops over the years and this (at least so far) is the best yet. Lightweight, sharp screen, very quick startup, fast for what I do. No complaints.

This was a high school graduation gift/new equipment for my daughter who is going to study engineering in college. Slim, lightweight laptop. Very impressed with the storage speed (I have an old school hard drive so I was a blown away). Overall, no complaints. Now I want one for myself!

I love this computer, it is very fast and simple to use. If you are looking for a well built computer that works every time, this is the computer for you. I also really like all of the new features like the force touch pad.

Was debating on getting a MacBook Air or MacBook Pro, and I am definitely glad I chose the MacBook Pro. I use my MacBook for all my photography and the retina display offers an amazing display of all my pictures. Definitely recommend it for anyone who's interested in buying a laptop.

The speed of this machine is absolutely incredible. Makes work fun! Awesome graphics, lightning quick results when browsing internet sites, etc. Would have bought a MacBook much sooner had I realized how much easier it would have made my job, school work and life in general!

All I can say is wow! That mouse pad is so nice and the Retina Display makes this beast a winner. I only got the i5 but it is faster than my i7 Air at work. After 20 years of being AP PC dude, I am a convert. I use Parallels 11 if I need a Windows program so no loss there.

Replaced my 5 y.o. Macbook Pro with this model. Night and day difference. Fast and super lightweight. Don't know how I lived with Retina display...it is phenomenal!

This Apple Laptop has exceeded all my expectations. I am very pleased with how easy it was to set up and use. Getting onto any network is a breeze, which is very important as I travel for a living and depend on the internet, even in the air. I recommend this laptop to anyone.

I love the way everything on the MacBook Pro preforms. If your switching from a PC it will take some getting used to but it's not hard to learn. Apple knows how to kept things simple but not sacrifice performance!

Had a 2012 MacBook Air and replaced it with this MacBook Pro. Great upgrade! Love the Retina display and speed upgrade. The Pro size is still very light. Love it!

I purchased my first MacBook before college in 2009 after using PCs my whole life. I was surprised at how easy it was to maneuver having not previously owned an apple device. I purchased my new MacBook Pro with Retina display in January as a replacement for my old laptop simply because my old computer didn't support the latest software. It has exceeded all of my expectations. The graphics with the Retina display are phenomenal. I highly recommend this computer to anyone, especially people looking to use the laptop primarily for photos.

This is the smoothest mac experience I have had over the last 8 years. The solid state hard drive is so quick; transferred 60GB in a matter of 16min. The retina display is superb and images are crystal clear.

I needed a replacement laptop for work and purchased this Macbook. The macbook is extremely light and thin and packs up nicely. I love everything about this laptop. I will never use anything other than Macs.

Apple does it again! Super fast and easy to use. Retina display is great. I really recommend MacBook Pro to anyone that is in the market for a computer.

Very reliable! Long battery life crisp screen and fast computing makes this a great purchase. Plus it last 3 times longer than any Windows computer.

Don't get me wrong, it's a great computer, if you're using it as a desktop replacement ... but as a thin and light\portable unit, it's bulky. I came from an Air, hoping for more power now that they've slimmed down the Macbook Pro line... didn't last very long. I ended up addicted to the retina screen, so went with a Macbook 12" Retina. I highly recommend the rMBP to anyone looking for a powerhouse portable computer, but I caution those coming from an Air that this thing will be like a boat anchor in comparison.

This is my first mac. It is taking some time to adjust. I am enjoying the long battery life and how light and portable it is.

The Apple Mac Pro laptop is the best, the battery life is unbelievable and is easy to use. I will never go back to Microsoft.

This computer is light/thin and has a great display. It's overpriced compared to other laptops but it's what my wife wanted.
