I have bought two of these for my kids entering high school and now one for college. It has been a great laptop for them to use during their education.

The geek squad at bestbuy in Plattsburgh ny was a very frustrating experience. They called me 5 times to tell me my computer was ready I made an spot to pick up and it WAS NOT done. So I didn't have it for my first day of college actually I showed up 2 days in a row and it wasn't gone I would not recommend the geek squad to anyone

This is my first Mac computer ever, I never understood what the fuss was over until now. This does so much more than my old laptop. Will never go back.

So far so good. I have only used it twice. Works good.

I bought this for my daughter and another one for my husband we were so pleased with our purchase. Highly recommend it. Easy to use and set up.

Too soon to know if I will like new computer. Attended Basics workshop at Apple Store, but still have a lot of questions. I will continue to take advantage of classes through the AppleCare program and may ask Geek Squad staff for help.* I would recommend product to friend because of support through Apple and Best Buy experts.

I got a macbookpro @ bestbuy in a open box deal and it was just as new. Like an other mac we've owned, it is best computer in the market today.

Completely meets my expectations. The sales associate in the store did a price match for me, so I actually got it much cheaper than retail price.

My new MacBook Pro is everything I thought it would be. The setup and transition was easy and working with Best Buy for the purchase was simple.

Bought this for my daughter after I got the MacBook Air. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE both laptops! Connects easily to WiFi & syncs with everything.

Very pleased that I intentionally sought out this model - love having all the functionality (minus Touchbar) and none of the dongles.

What can you say about Apple products? They're good. I've had a Dell for my last one and I'm happy that I chose a MacBook. No complaints.

Not liking all the changes with the new computer, but over all it great. Once you go mac you wont go back. Apple is awesome for support.

I ordered this as an open-box (excellent, certified) item and it arrived just like new. No issues, works great! My favorite laptop yet!
