Yes it was a bit pricey, but I love it. I utilize the touch bar frequently... and I am pretty sure they will update allowing maximum utilization of the bar... my hubby bought the non-touch bar version and he loves it also... I upgraded from the MacBook 1.3 (2015) and he upgraded from MacBook Air (2015)...

Improved performance compared to the previous MacBook pro. The display is brighter and more elegant. The keyboard is weird to use in the beginning but I got used to it. Though apple claims the touch bar to be revolutionary, I have not found it useful except for watching videos and browsing the internet.

Not a big fan of the touch bar but the laptop otherwise is much more refined over the previous models.

I needed to refresh my MacBook from 2011 and this was a worthy upgrade. I originally had a 15inch but with the slim profile of this 13in, it was way easier to make the downgrade without sacrificing a lot of the power and speed. Make sure to pick up a dongle if you will be attaching to this machine.

I love how well the apple devices sync with each other. Its to early to give a detailed reveiw of my new MacBook as I am just getting started with it. So far so good!!! Like the action of the keyboard and have already found both the touchbar and fingerprint reader very useful. Will write more later.

After using windows laptop for 20 years I switched to Macbook pro and having an amazing experience.

I went back and forth between this 13 inch MacBook Pro with Touchbar and the 12 inch gold MacBook, because they do have the same amount of storage and everything. But I'm so glad that I chose this MacBook Pro with the Touchbar. It was definitely worth it, and the Touchbar is a very cool feature.

It's always nice when you can get a case that can be run over by a car and not mess up the device.

Honestly, I wanted to not like the new Macbook Pro. The overall specs are underwhelming for this price point and none of my devices connect to it without an adapter (not even my iPhone!). That being said, it is just a joy to use. Apple's combination of OS and hardware is superb and cohesive. The trackpad is the best of any laptop I've ever used. The touchbar is gimmicky, but still pretty nifty; and I think developers will find more creative uses for it in the future. Overall, I'm glad I bought this and I enjoy using it every day.

I have always bought Mac, the only thing is that if you have a lot of things you want to connect, it will be very difficult since you have to buy adapters. I really dont use that much the touch pad. It is still working after a year of using it and the macbook is very light weight.

My Macbook Pro was five years old and I was waiting for a big update before purchasing a new Pro. When the MBP with touch bar came out, I wasn't too impressed - I wasn't expecting the world, but the price increase was a big deterrent. After purchasing, this is still a great machine that I don't regret purchasing. It feels so much more solid than my 2011 MBP. Have I used the touch bar in any way that changes the way I use my laptop? Not yet. Does it still look cool? Sure does. That said, I do enjoy the "touch to unlock" feature.

I have yet to be disatisfied with an apple product in any way. The new macbooks are sleek, fast efficient and sexy. Who wouldnt want to feel sexy while they are using technology? On a tech note the performance on my macbook is exceptional, about 30 percent faster than my last one:) thrilled:)

This would be my first Mac anything. I have to say I do like it, Although I don't use the touch bar on it. I bought it for the speed of the computer. I like the connections with the phone which makes things helpful. I hope to have the computer for sometime and I do recommend it to others.

I was able to get it $300 off normal price. Well worth it. Haven't had any problems with it yet.

This is really a premium laptop and when you hold it for the first time you will feel it. It's very fast and this is coming from an IT guy so i know what i am talking about... Switching from Dell Xps to Macbook Pro was just a needed move for me...and my wife gave me this as a gift....

Great laptop I always wanted to get a mac, and finally I own one of my own. The only complain I can give is the price; but then again this is Apple so that is expected. I won't be upgrading my laptop for quite awhile definitelywe worth the investment if you are interested.

This MacBook is great. I am very happy with this purchase. It was well worth the price!

Bought this as a birthday gift for my husband. It is a good computer for everyday use.
