Let's get this out of the way : Well, if you're not looking for a MacBook, you're better off buying something else. For this amount of money, unless you're tied into the ecosystem like I am, it does not make sense. Now that you've decided you want a Mac, this is the one you want to get if you're a not a huge video editor. Runs smooth. Is really fluid. Touchbar, though initially might seem like a gimmick, is actually useful for productivity apps( MS Office suite integration is brilliant!) Battery is in the lower side. Definitely better than the initial reviews suggest. Changing is very fast and 4 USB C ports for charging are convenient.

Bought this computer mostly to use as a professional source for graphic design. The color is wonderful as well as the resolution. Programs work flawlessly and the processor is passed.

I've been a Mac user for a long time, my most recent computer was the Late 2011 13" MacBook Pro. After 5 years I decided to upgrade and am very happy and impressed with the new model. It's much thinner and lighter, the performance is fantastic and the screen is incredible. The build quality is impeccable, it's hard to believe how solid this computer is for how small it is. The touch bar seems a little gimmicky, but you have to get it if you want the upgraded processor. The keyboard takes a little getting used to, I didn't think I would like it at first. Make sure you get it with the processor, memory and ssd options you want, as nothing can be upgraded.
