Terrible Wish I could give a zero star

I was concerned about my MacBook Pro called Best Buy and the agent was worthless . She pretty much told me that if there was no physical damage to my laptop there was nothing she can do about it. I would of return my laptop completely and ordered thru apple but I'm currently a full time student with 5 classes online . I couldn't afford to have to wait for my laptop . Will never purchased from Best Buy ever again .
