Great computer! Just the same as the new MacBook Pro.

The new touchpad does not seem to be an advantage but when I try to adjust the volume the volume key was not lit up and not available. The other model would've been available on a hard key.

The product is super delicate and that's negative as u are always worried of it's well being, mine stopped working on me after 1 week and was with Apple guys for 20 days .

So far, very disappointed. After initial setup, we were able to log in and go over tutorials for 2 days. Since then, not able to because Mac would not recognize password, changed password, got in, then could not do anything because keychain required password, but would not accept either password. Tried every suggestion to open keychain access, keeps asking for password. According to online 'help', this has been a common issue. Never saw this in product reviews. Frustrated in extreme.

The new design looks good. However, the battery life is horrible. I barely get 3 hours on full charge. If streaming videos. Maybe a little over an hour.

I bought this for a member of my household that only uses Mac. It's functional enough. You wouldn't want this to be your end all computer though.

I have a couple keys that seem to be sticking I need to have checked out. It seems like it takes a long time to download a new application.

I purchased my MacBook Pro with touchbar a little over a week ago. So far I am extremely pleased with my purchase, it has handled everything from Netflix to light gaming. Touchbar is great and easily customizable, Touch ID is as quick as my iPhone 7 plus. Auto unlock with my Apple Watch has made password entering mainly a thing of the past. Battery life is solid and much better than I thought it would be after all the stories I heard about battery life issues. I usually get around 8-9 hrs of standard web browsing and occasional videos on YouTube. All in all a great and compact laptop that feels solid in terms of durability even though it is incredibly light for the power it packs!

I got this for a friend and was happy that I was able to save him a little more on a rather pricey laptop.

This MacBook Pro has traveled extensively, been tossed around and has stood the test of time. It’s still as quick as it was on day 1. Seven years later and it feels like it’ll be around another 7! I love the touch bar functionality the most. Very efficient shortcuts to everything I need.

I have owned MBPs Since 2006 and have owned many just about all of them if not all model of them. To see how Apple has designed and engineered their products during this time is truly amazing. I waited for a year, if not more to get the new designed MBP, and this is the best I have seen in a while. Sure, there is no more Mag-Safe charger, and you have to use Dongles, But the change is hardly something to be concerned about. The performance and size of the computer now is amazing, the build is solid with clean cuts and lines. The touch bar is just the beginning of what I think will be something amazing to come in the future. The keyboard is a little bit to get used to, but in all reality I thinkt it allows me to type faster with fewer errors. Yes it is a bit pricey, I did manage to find a nice deal on mine, so I am happy for that. But regardless I do believe that it's well worth it. You are going to pay for quality. Don't hesitate, just buy one. The only thing that I may do to make this purchase better is, get the 15" model. Happy Holidays to all!!

Most of application does not provide touch bar functionalities at all. Mac is burning when run Android studio.

I have been extremely impressed by the overall performance of the computer. The touch bar has come in handy a few times, and I have enjoyed playing around with it as much as possible. Sound quality is really good and much better than any of the recent MBPs that Apple has released. The battery has been better than my previous MBP but with that being said it isn't as drastic as Apple has talked about. I've enjoyed the new keyboard and the track pad is great especially if you are already familiar with force touch. I got this on sale at 1699.99 before taxes a bit step in price but it has been well worth the investment so far. If you love to use Siri with iOS devices you will love it more on Mac OS Sierra. Especially with the touch bar! I hope this helps anyone who is interested in purchasing!

The keys stick often on this model. I do like the charger over the usual magnetic one.

They didn't have the 75 inch tv as advertised, so I had to settle for a smaller one.

Two out-of-two units I bought had "open-box" defects. One of them had a disfunctional key; and the other had an issue that "charging sign" didn't lid when the unit was charging. I had to went to the store two times for exchanges.

This very expensive computer fried itself in 2 1/2 years. It’s never been dropped or had any liquid spilled in it. It’s been babied and now it’s dead.
