I have always had a Windows PC and the switch is definitely worth it! I have had an iPhone since the iPhone 4 so this is not my first Apple Product but it is my first MacBook. I have to say that I was skeptical on the size of the screen being a 13 inch since my windows was above 15 but it is not bad at all. The screen on the MacBook looks fantastic and blows any other display away! The keyboard is also great. After using the Butterfly 2 keyboard going back to any other keyboard feels spongey and cheap. The click is fantastic and the backlit keyboard looks really good. The Space Grey finish looks very nice and the overall build of the laptop is worth every penny. The track pad is a very nice size that has a great feel. The sound of the speakers are absolutely amazing, the crisp highs and lows are good enough to put a smile on your face. The USB-C ports are really neat and definitely will be put into more play in the year to come I'm sure. The charger that is included is a very nice size and will last a long time if you know how to take care of your stuff. The battery life last quite a while and is enough for just about anybody. This machine has some great power and is the quietest laptop I have ever heard fan wise. The feature that is definitely worth the money is the touch bar. It is really neat and has some great features that are worth it, I am sure there will be more cool features that come out soon as well. Although it is my first MacBook I am positive this will not be my last!

I've used a pc for years and I've learned that they get out dated pretty fast and can be frustrating depending on the tasks you trying to do. I bought the MacBook Pro (2016). It took me some time getting used to it, but overall I'm in love with it. It's great for college. It's really fast and easy to use and very lightweight. I use it to check emails, homework and adobe photoshop cc.

I bought this computer because I love apple products... Like every year I always buy the new MacBook Pro. I have to say I really like this new model, I love everything about it (touch bar, bigger trackpad and the redesigned keyboard). Overall performance is great, at first it was a bit buggy but with the new updates it's getting better day by day... Only reason I rated this computer 4 stars is because battery do not last as long as my last year's MacBook, but oh well, gotta sacrifice something in order to get that very thin design!!!

Bought this computer about a week ago and love it dearly! College finals coming up soon so had to write multiple papers with this computer. I love the keyboard on the computer! The TouchBar makes editing papers easier and cuts my editing process in half which is AWESOME! With this computer being so thin and light, I barely notice it in my bag when I go to class. Props to Apple for that! Biggest complaint would be the battery life but that's okay. I would rather have something that has more power and is portable for class, even if it means I have to plug it in more often. Great product overall and worth the investment. You pay for what you get and Apple has not let me down.

Apple has delivered an excellent laptop! I wasn't sure about the lack of ports and value of the touch bar, so I originally went with a Yoga 910. It performed beautifully before the Windows Creators Update, which essentially caused the fan to kick in non stop. Admittedly I have always preferred the Mac, but I also use a Samsung Chromebook Plus and dabbled in Windows, both excellent operating systems. I am 100% sold on USB-C Thunderbolt, and do not miss the older ports. I like the touch bar, but I believe the non-touch bar version would be an excellent option as well. This Mac is an excellent upgrade for anyone looking for the latest from Apple.

I purchased this item after a good amount of research. It was between this and the 2015 Pro i7 15 inch. I wanted something that I wouldn't have to worry about upgrading for a long time and the newest model seems to be future proof. The only downfall is having to purchase new accessories that will only be compatible with the 2016 model. The laptop is very sleek and looks awesome. Load times are lighting fast and the touch bar is a nice addition that will save extra clicking time. Microcenter has this for $200 less and BB matched this price once confirmed. I upgraded from a Surface Pro 3 and I couldn't be happier!

I'm the buyer for my boss. I bought this for him to give out to an employee. I was told it was very fast and very light weight.

It is a must try, and though it may not be for everyone I found it is a right fit for me. I love the breeze of the keyboard, and the quality of the screen. I also love how light it is, yet the denseness of the the computer. Highly recommended. I also find the touch bar is a quality not a priority, but more of an asset that comes in hand throughout daily use.

Great laptop. I love the new touch bar interface as it opens up a lot more to your experience. I wouldn't recommend to everyone, because it may not be useful for everyone. I say you go to a local store first, try it out before you buy it. If you don't think you will use it, there is always the regular model without the touch bar.

Have been a Mac user for years and picked this up last week. Although I loved the screen, and liked the keyboard and touchpad, the terrible battery life, annoying touch bar and lack of ports were enough for me to return it after a week. The touch bar adds nothing to the computer, and it only shows the same buttons that are on the screen. Keyboard shortcuts will always be faster and actually using the trackpad to click the Botton is the same speed. I could just see it sitting there using up battery life. Got around 4 hours of battery from full charge. Not worth the price. Will be using my old MacBook for a while while I decide what to get next. Looking at either the XPS 13 or 15 or a Surface product.

Overall I would buy this computer 100 times over any other, battery life is not that good but the beauty and toucher make up for it. the space grey finish is just beautiful. apple quality is always the best, battery only lasts about 5 hours though.

Only issue I would say is the battery life. Apple supposedly said this model would have the best battery life out of the last previous Macbook pros models but idk... They all average about the same to me.. But overall, the laptop itself is excellent.

The added touch bar is such an amazing feature to the apple line of macs. Recommend 100%

I bought it on sale for $1045, which was a great price. I considered getting the newest model, but it was almost $400 more. I'm glad I didn't spend the extra money because this machine is amazing and powerful! It is my first Apple computer. The screen is GORGEOUS! Seriously. With the extra cash, I bought myself a monitor, wireless keyboard and mouse, and a carrying bag!

Having used both the MacBook Air and the MacBook before, the new MacBook Pro combines the advantages of both. It's fast and of excellent quality, big screen, more ports than the MacBook and a Touch bar that does what it is promised to do. That having said, I do not miss the function keys at all.

I wasn't interested in the touch bar feature at first but I decided to purchase it because of the processor. However, I was extremely disappointed to find that the battery life of this MacBook Pro drains extremely fast. I find myself having to plug in my charger after about 3.5 hours. For the price of this laptop, I was extremely disappointed in Apple.

Sleek, fast and the new screen P3 compliant is sweet! Nothing not to like about this new machine. Already had a MacBook so keyboard is even better with upgraded feel.
