    Well worth getting this keyboard to complete out the iPad. It really is part of the iPad, snapping right on and is immediately up & running - plug in your power cable to the keypad port, it charges the iPad, in low light the key board has backlights which light up the keys perfectly. Soft silky feel and scissors movement keys give you a totally confident sensation. The keypad does not have a battery, it is powered by the iPad.

    The product is great and I love it. I give it one less star for the price. I am not sure why it has to be so expensive. Thankfully, it works for a couple generations, so if I buy a new iPad, it should work.

    The Magic Keyboard is the best thing I’ve purchased…. As a writer and digit creator it makes working on my iPad infinitely easier . I love that I can plug power directly into the keyboard or the iPad… and love that it’s simple magnetic connection!!
