The looks of this keyboard are great but it showed fingerprints really easily and after a few uses I regretted the purchase given the premium apple price point.

Not necessary at all, save your money, save your time. The one that comes with the Mac will do just fine.

You need to open it and see what it looks like. I returned it immediately I do a lot of traveling and i normally use the numbers keys on the right and figure it would be best to get this but it seem to be to long for my liking. Also for traveling I would think it would snap in half if placed in the wrong location on travel. But color is sweet and worked well just not for me.

The keyboard itself is a good product. However, there is no function to tilt the keyboard, which makes it difficult to use.

The keyboard had a tendency to not print the Capital Letter when I used the right shift key. Very disappointing.

The only thing I miss about this keyboard is the 2 USB spots on the side. They came in handy with the wired keybroad.

Okay keyboard. If you are only using apple keyboards it's great. I switched to a logitech G915 and love it so much more.

I've been avoiding switching to a wireless keyboard for a couple reasons, among them the fact that I have a bunch of wired Apple USB keyboards that work just fine. My new iMac came with a new Magic Mouse, though, and that is so impressive I decided to try the wireless keyboard. Of course, the iMac comes with a wireless keyboard, but it's the baby one without the number pad and navigation keys. Ugh. So I got the extended Magic Keyboard. The feel is different enough from the keyboard I've been using for years that I'm having to get used to the new key feel, but it's not bad -- just different. My only real complaint with the new keyboards (including the one I've been using for years) is that -- compared to the ADB and early USB Apple keyboards, the gaps between the various sections of the keyboard are so subtle you sometimes can't tell where you are by feel. If I'm intent on something on the screen, I want to be able to feel that I'm on the section with the Home and End keys, or the section with the arrow keys -- without having to look down. Still trying to figure out a hack to help with this. Otherwise, it seems a' great keyboard with a great battery life.

Got it because it matched my MacBook. It's a keyboard. Nothing really special about it besides the aesthetics.

Was a little (lot) disappointed that this was not backlit. Other than that it is an Apple keyboard.

Didn’t come with charger for mouse but overall good buy. Just weird that no charger was included

Im not sure why this was so expensive but its definitely not worth it.

Seldom connects without having to plug it into the Mac mini first.

Doesn’t work properly. The F keys, F1-F19, do not work. Right out of the box.

This is a pretty over rated keyboard. You’re paying for the Apple name. Don’t.

I bought this bc I typically love all things Apple. I really hated this keyboard, you get almost no feedback from the buttons, they barely move. I simply couldn’t type with it.

Have wanted Apple to come out with this for almost 10 years. Have been using the wired Apple Keyboards on all my Macs for almost as long. I’m one those that MUST have the 10key. Read some of the reviews and didn’t think I was going to like the redesign and changes away from the wired version. So paying 130$ for this one was easy because I was sure that I would not like it and be returning it. Boy was I wrong. Such a much better feel than the wired 10key. Now I’m replacing all my wired 10keys with this new wireless version not because it’s wireless but because I like the feel. Only downside just like with anything Apple it isn’t cheap. Keyboard is extremely well-made very solid and looks like it’ll definitely help last any other options that are not on ou only downside just like with anything Apple it isn’t cheap.
